I just want to say that the employees are rude including the manager, the food isn’t that good. And the place isn’t even that clean, and the food can cause food poisoning, I don’t like this place and the manager because the employees like to lie (FOR NO REASON).

One of the few places open in downtown Thomaston that stays open past 2 in the afternoon. We got a 2 piece tender meal. It was good. The chicken pieces were big.

I ordered a country fried steak sandwich with fries and jumbo tea using the Big Chic uptown app this past Friday June 1, 2022. First off the fried steak sandwich was one of the best fried steak sandwiches I have had in a long long time. I got my money worth. And the fries and sweet tea were great as usual.

Big chic is great but the customer service not so great sometimes. For the last four times we have ordered Cole slaw we get home and don’t have it. Charged for it but never get it. Not worth the time or trouble to go back and get it so we lose that money. Now the fries are not cooked all the way. Very under cooked. I really enjoy Big Chic but it seems the employees are not paying attention. It is expensive for someone to maybe not pay close attention. Not all the time but a lot of the time. I am not being rude but this is my opinion.

Got a 3 piece box with onion rings a buffalo chicken sandwich with onion rings. The 3 piece was supposed to come with a roll and no roll. The sandwich literally had 3 dots of buffalo sauce on it. 4 items over 20 dollars definitely not worth the money! By they way went through the drive thru and was told 5 mins on the onion rings waited over 10.
