Wow seen the reviews from this spot, are mostly bad reviews. I guess corporate don’t care for this area because I don’t see no reply’s back after everyone comment or complaints. Well this my complaint.
This is the second time this happens. I placed an order on the mobile app at night. And when I go through the drive-tru, I’m told my order haven’t receive. (Don’t know if they turn off mobile app or because they don’t have the items I placed) So I place my order at drive-thru and this is what I receive. Cold, old, dry out nuggets and fries. I didn’t even drink my soda because I was worry they put something on it. This will be my last time ordering from here.

I’m not sure if it was because it was the day before Thanksgiving, so I’m being somewhat lenient with the fast food workers in the food industry. However, for some reason, there was no explanation for why the dine-in area was closed. When we got there. I’d already pre-ordered my food 10 minutes early through the Burger King app, so I was expecting to have my food ready by the time I got there, as normal. That wasn’t the case today. I waited in the drive-thru lane for about 20 minutes, mind you, I pre-ordered and drove from my location, which was 10-12 minutes away. There were 2 cars, and 1 bulldozed itself in line by the time I got my order. The cashier was friendly enough, but that doesn’t explain why my food was not hot. It was room temperature at best. My fries were cold, so were my chicken fries and cinnamon rolls. I’m going to assume the staff was short due to it being close to a holiday, but dang. That was grueling.

Ordered a whopper meal with cheese, medium size, and eight piece chicken nugget and 4 cheese bacon tots. The tots were still cold/frozen in the middle; the fries were old and lukewarm, even the burger was lukewarm. It was a terrible experience and although I was going to go back to get refunded; i did eat most of the things because i was hungry and had a job i was heading too. I will not visit this location again. Other than that, the employees were pleasant.

“It will be 1.50 extraaaaa” for me to get this ? They gave me some old pickle fries I was excited but not what I expected cold old pieces of mush the mozzarella sticks were fresh why did y’all not cook fresh pickles stop being lazy. These look like the ones that come on the burger not the ones advertised what a shame worst locations stay away.

This location is always a hit or miss.. most of the time a miss. Just ordered food from there, was told I had to place it on mobile order because certain items they don’t have on regular menu. We got the Boo-ndle for You and the Snack Boo-ndle. Placed the order in parking lot and got back in DT line to pick it up. I live 1 block away from location and when we get home we realize our food is ICE COLD.. like if it were in the fridge or something. Unacceptable, there was no way I was going to eat it or let my kids eat any of that. Tried to call the location multiple times but no one ever answers so I sent my husband back to have everything made fresh. Last time I will ever come to this location. Terrible Management.

The voice thru the drive thru speaker was easy to understand. They were out of all drinks that were not pre packaged the day I patronized them. That was ok though, because I was there for my Whopper Jr. It was perfect. The vegetables were fresh, the condiments were adequate, and, of course, the meat was freshly hot when I received it. I added bacon to my burger, and they added enough to give me bacon in almost every bite. The next time I’m in this area, I’ll definitely stop in and grab another one.
