At 3:00 p.m. today going through drive-thru order a double Whopper with cheese, drove up to the first window of the old guy in there I have handed him a $20 bill and he drops it therefore I had to get out of my car and go chase it down. And then I went eat my Whopper and 2 hours later I had to be admitted to the Columbus hospital because the mayonnaise was bad.

I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever ordered from this location without having to go back multiple times because they kept messing up despite remaking the order multiple times. Every single time I’ve left without the food I ordered because I was tired and frustrated and realized it was simply a waste of time

There is something systematic about not wanting to give ranch with sandwiches. I have been going here since last 3 years. I once order the bigger bacon king and asked two ranch. The guy was rude and was yelling repetitively “sorry , I can’t give you one more “ unnecessarily as if I was begging .
I got 3 burgers and was just given 2 ranch. Happens almost every single time.

Won’t be going back waited over 30 mins just to order, and was told the code wasn’t received for online order. Not worth keeping in business… it must have a high turnover rate because always see new faces working.

Passing through Columbus NE. today. I was the only customer, & people refused to cook burger meat fresh. Kitchen acted like couldn’t understand English so I translate. & yet still acted dumb. Kitchen runs that restaurant until any power-that-be can assign a manager to manage

Rarely do I give bad reviews. But this place is a constant disappointment. Their turniver rate must be high cause I’m aleays seeing new staff. The service is awful. It always takes a ridiculously long time to get your food. Last time we went, I asked for an original chicken sandwhich cut in half. They cut it the long way. We’ve had orders where we asked for no tomato and onion and still got them. This has happened a few times. By far, the worst fast food joint in town. It’s night and day compared to McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Runza, etc. I only go maybe once a month cause my kid loves the whopper. It’s so not worth it, imho.

It needs zero and a health inspection. First thing morning breakfast. Walk in otder food, get drinks and there were ANTS all over the drink station that was covered in sticky mess and water puddles already. Went to go sit and thr 2 tables we went to both were already dirty with good stuck to the chair.
