Fresh food but dirty location. That usually indicates a management issue. Reading other reviews I would conclude the same.
Not much around here, so there is no reason the location can’t do great.
A LOT of people coming in to just use the restroom, and it is just one unit per sex.

I like giving good reviews so I hate to share a negative experience but you need to know what to expect. First of all, it’s the end of February and it was warmer outside than inside the restaurant. I went to the car to get my electric hand warmers and my children sat with their legs tucked inside their shirts. It almost felt like they didn’t want anyone actually inside the restaurant. The point was further made clear by the fact that literally no one spoke to us when we walked in the restaurant. They stood with their backs to us, talking to the staff in the kitchen, waiting to fill to go orders. Someone walked to the register, did not acknowledge my family, and walked away. Mind you, we were the only customers inside of the restaurant. The food was hot and came reasonably quick. However, as the prices of Zaxby’s food continues to go up, the size of their chicken fingers goes down. I was honestly shocked by the pitiful serving of chicken. Extremely disappointed, will not return.

This is the second time I have been to this Zaxby’s and they have given me the wrong number of tenders. Both times I ordered 6 and only got 3… How hard is it to count to 6?! & How does this happen twice! I’m not usually one to complain online but twice doesn’t seem like an accident, seems like incompetence. Won’t get me a third time though, that’s for sure. Good riddance.

I like the food here but definitely the last time i ever come back. Ive been here 5 times and only once, did I get my 2 chicken sandwich meals under 10 minutes. The other 4 times I waited well over 20 minutes in the drive thru with the worst time being 26 minutes…for 2 sandwiches, tonight is the 5th n final time I ever go to zaxbys. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes until the 2 cars behind me backed up n left n I was finally free to reverse as well. I figured I’d go inside since I was already time committed n I love the sandwiches especially after working all day n being right off my exit on 95…still waiting n will never return. Its been 28 minutes since I was trapped in the drive thru n giving another shot inside. Horrible. …if u value ur time or dont feel like waiting fine dine restaurant times for your so called fast food, dont visit this place

For $18.38, this was definitely overpriced for the amount that I paid for. This is the 4 piece chicken strip meal. Either lower the price or provide better quality chicken.

Food was correct but the staff forgot to include utensils for the Cole slaw, gave us no napkins, and incorrect sauces as well as a missing extra sauce. There was no one else in the drive thru line. When you are charging a premium price for fast food and charging extra $ for ranch, these things should not have to be double checked. Unfortunately we are on a road trip and did not have time to turn back.

We enjoy the chicken but we also like our saucces and pay for them so very disappointing to get half full sauce cups. It’s a 2 ounce cup and to fill it barely halfway and be charged for it is just lousy. The boneless strips were small and dry and $$$. You could fit all 10 in a sandwich baggie. We will not be back. Honestly, the gas station in town is a better value with huge pieces of juicy chicken and generous sauce portions for less money.

I always go to zaxbys and was excited for this location. They just opened and the food is great but the service needs work and direction. Most the time the employees attitudes are unwelcoming. I get it fast food is irritating at times but keep it professional. They couldn’t get my order right after 3 attempts we just accepted defeat lol. But food was still good.

Ordered food tonight 1/18 an everything was stale from fries to chicken wings to the tenders. Gave me a half fill cup of buffalo blaze sauce. Only thing was good was the 3 cookies and drink. Definitely paid too much money for food to not be fresh.
