My visit to this Zaxby’s location was one of the best fast-casual restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt welcoming, organized, and professionally run. The dining room was clean, the staff looked focused, and the overall atmosphere felt positive and upbeat. It was clear that the restaurant was being managed by someone who takes pride in how the store operates.
Ryan stood out immediately because he was very present on the floor and actively involved with both customers and employees. You could tell he genuinely cares about the operation of the restaurant and about the people coming in to eat there.
Ryan greeted customers respectfully and made everyone feel welcome. When he helped with my order, he was patient and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure I understood the options and helped me pick exactly what I wanted. It didn’t feel rushed at all, which is rare in a fast-food environment.
What impressed me the most was how he made sure everything about the order was right. He checked on the progress of the food, confirmed the sauces, and made sure the order was accurate before it went out. That level of attention really made the experience feel personal rather than just transactional.
You could also see how much he supports his team. Ryan was communicating clearly with employees, helping where needed, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Instead of standing back, he was working alongside the crew and keeping things moving efficiently.
Lastly sorry for the long message this place deserves a lot of credit young Manager doing this is not heard of this day and age. Food was so fresh and amazing I will be back for the food and most importantly Ryan. I was here enjoying my food and the environment around me stayed for a while!

I placed an Uber Eats delivery order on the evening of February 5, 2026. Unfortunately, my order was missing the cookie butter shake, which was the main reason I ordered from Zaxby’s in the first place. On top of that, the toast I received was extremely dry and tough, as if it had been sitting out for hours.
This comes across as a staffing and quality-control issue, especially so close to closing. I work in the fast-food industry myself, and even at the end of the night, this level of negligence wouldn’t be acceptable; we’d be expected to fix it immediately. Based on my experience and the pattern reflected in other reviews, consistent, attentive service doesn’t seem to be a priority at this location. I wouldn’t recommend spending your time or money here if you’re expecting even a basic level of accuracy and quality.

Zaxby’s is a fast food restaurant chain that specializes in chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches, and salads. I have been a fan of Zaxby’s for many years and I have always been impressed with the variety of meals they offer. In comparison to other chicken restaurants in the area, Zaxby’s has a wider selection of menu items, including several unique options that you won’t find anywhere else.
The service at Zaxby’s is also excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and they take the time to make sure that your order is correct. The food is also very good. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and the sauces are flavorful and unique. I would highly recommend Zaxby’s to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Excellent customer service and great food. I did an online order pick up for my daughter & son in law. I was greeted as soon as I walked into Zaxby’s. I advised the manager at the register that I had an online order & he advised me that it would be a few minutes as his staff prepares it. He hands me the drinks and asks me how my day was going. Which was a nice personal touch as he was being bombarded with guests and drive thru orders. The food arrived promptly and hot. The employee doubled checked that the sauces were in the bag & that they had plastic ware.

I went to this Zaxbys location in High Point to grab something quick. It’s in close proximity to the Palladium theater and right across Walgreens. The attendant at the front desk had a pleasant personality and full of life. Unfortunately they don’t serve my favorite Cajun Club sandwich and hence I a grilled sandwich. Added bacon and cheese to it which brings it pretty close to my Cajun Club.
The drive through is very confusing at this location and parking is super tight. Also this Zaxby location is one of the smaller ones I have been to as well. However it’s located in a popular area of High Point and gets good traffic.

Three times now I’ve gone and nearly gotten the wrong sized meal because the staff doesn’t care about doing their jobs. Read the orders back, check if youve taken the order correctly, and give a friendly atmosphere instead of slinging food like a revolving door.
