Jersey Mike’s subs are delicious, no matter which one you try! I believe the secret @ this location is the young man working the counter (see attached photo). He is refreshingly serious about his craft & has a gentlemanly pleasant attitude. He preps most of the ingredients himself & takes great pride in telling you how fresh everything is. Highly recommend visiting this location!

We’ve been here a few times and have always had AMAZING sandwiches. The staff have always been nice, accommodating and super quick in delivering the food; the bathrooms were clean as well. We reccomend this spot to friends and family all the time. (That was the best sandwich ive had, it was DELICIOUS and it will be missed.)

Super friendly and fast employees. Was my first time and the girl serving me was friendly enough to explain everything about the different ways to order. The restroom and lobby were very clean. Food was fresh. Made when we ordered. The entire experience was very nice. I would definitely come back again.

Had poor service here tonight. I usually order 2 sandwiches with a BOGO coupon. Eat one sandwich the day of and eat the next one the next day. The guy I spoke with said he could put everything on the side no problem. I get home with the order and they put the meat on the sandwich instead of the side. I called back to say I wanted to return the food and get a refund. Person hung up on. I was able to get a refund after but it was not a pleasant experience. Idk what went wrong because I’ve done this order multiple times and there is never an issue. I was able to get a refund so everything worked out, definitely won’t be back.

I never thought I’d have an experience at a sandwich shop that was so great I felt compelled to write a review. I went in for lunch this Tuesday, the staff was SO friendly despite being busy. They all had a conversation with me and you could just tell the staff worked super well together and all really cared about you. They gave me some insight on the history of Mikes, discussed personal preferences ect. I’ll 100 percent be back specifically to this location soon, y’all were awesome. The staff interaction made my day. They proved it’s possible to be busy yet still manage to make you feel very welcomed. 5 stars.

I ordered my food online 2 days ago and my husband went to pick it up and they forgot his sandwich. Which was unfortunate cause it was our first time trying jersey Mike’s. We just went today to pick up our sandwich and a free complimentary one and I completely forgive jersey Mike’s. Mistakes happen but they really fixed it professionally and nice. We spoke to Dillon the GM, he was nice and professional on the phone and took care of it. Our sandwiches were amazing and tasty and exactly what we wanted. My husband went to pick it up this second time and he said the employees were nice and happy and he even spoke to a regular customer who said this is the best location. Thank you jersey Mike’s peeps, yall are amazing at your jobs.

The whole reason I wanted to write this was because the manager was so amazing! The food of course, was delicious and absolutely exactly what we wanted. But Dylan went above and beyond to make the experience so pleasant and warm and professional.
