Lately the service has gotten so bad ,they dont even do the ice-cream rigth,half-ass ice-cream cones like their always in a hurry. It’s not quality anymore. It’s took 12 mins for them to do a redo large ice-cream cone , horrible, horrible. Even the manger dont know how to handle the situation. A bunch of kids working and cant get the work done rigth the first time. Expensive and Horrible experience.

Up until recently this dairy Queen was fine. Me and my girlfriend every Sunday get dairy Queen and the past 3 weeks they have screwed up simple orders. These kids make too much money to be this bad at their jobs.

Good luck trying to get your receipt through the drive-thru if you’re trying to claim points. Every single time we come here, we’re not given a receipt unless we specifically ask. It’s frustrating, especially since receipts are needed for rewards. Management should look into this.

I came in tonight at 9:45, hours show that they are closing at 10:00. If the owner doesn’t want to serve till ten, make the hours open till 9. Anyway, the drive through was off. So I backed up and parked and saw three people standing with their backs covering the drive through window to block the view inside of the person who drove through in front of me. It was super childish. So I asked if they were closes and was told no. Then one employee shut off the power to the lights while I was inside. So while waiting for my order, I asked if they were having power issues. The answer of I’ll check was telling. When my first blizzard came I asked if that had the prior or the brownie. They person couldn’t tell… after some asking around it was decided that it had brownie. Then the second blizzard came. And it looked the same. I figured I wasn’t dealing with very intelligent people so I left. When I got home, my wife told me how I messed her order up. I had to then explain my DQ experience., so she would u sweat and why I wanted out of there. This type of mismanagement will ruin this location. My guess is there is a couple lazy type A personalities that haven’t realized their talents, railroading a very new and super sweet hardworking manager that just wants to be good. To that manager I say it’s time to learn how to fire people’. One bad apple can spoil the whole team

This Dairy Queen does a solid job with the food. The burgers are well made and the fried food is done right too. The ice cream is always prepared consistently. It is nice to sit in one of the booths and enjoy a meal inside.
The drive thru line can look long at times, but the wait is not bad. This place seems to be a favorite for the locals and it is easy to see why.

We like to get blizzards when we go here but lately they are 3 quarters vanilla ice cream with just the top quarter with our flavor of choice! With prices going up again here recently its definitely not worth the money.

I haven’t had dq in awhile, I went to this location for food and not ice cream for my family. The food was cold and hard. It seemed to be staffed by kids and with that working fast food in the past they dont care about quality of the food. I was surprised too see that it looked like 20 employees and for what? Hard chewy overcooked food. Seems like a waste of money and a waste of customers money. Lets just say my $50 for a family of 3 was not worth the Chewy pre made food I’ve had with bad fast food.

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered at Dairy Queen. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and such a genuine, sweet attitude. The customer service was top-notch, friendly, patient and incredibly attentive. If every employee had this kind of heart and energy, the world and of course fast food service would be a better place.
