A great place to enjoy lunch or dinner. There is a pizza happy hour! The food is good, well presented and affordable. Staff was friendly and efficient and the outdoor dining was very pleasant on this late December day.

We had a large group of about 13 for a work event and we had a great experience! Waitstaff was very attentive and helpful with menu suggestions. The food was excellent! We sat outside, as it was finally cool enough out to do so, and got to enjoy the live music that was on site. Definitely a place to check out!

Location is great. As far as the food, I tried the fries, which were okay. The Mason Jar was pretty good. The Smoked Pork Belly was perfect!! The burgers were okay, nothing to rave about. One of my party stated there was a rock in his burger and that was alarming. The pizza we had was good. As far as the drinks, was told about water only being brought until there is a person at the table. For a party of 10, I guess. Thought that was odd. As for the alcohol drinks, I had the Blossom Punch. It was tasty. I also had a mule, which I didn’t get to note the name. That was good. I would’ve liked to have had a more personal recommendation on drinks, as I love sweet & pretty drinks.

I visited Union on Yale for brunch and had a very disappointing experience.
When I arrived, I waited about 15 minutes at the front with no staff greeting us. The restaurant was almost empty, so I wasn’t sure if I should seat myself. Eventually, I had to look for a staff member to ask. After that, we waited another 10 minutes before finally being seated.
I ordered the Standard Burger $22 and my friend ordered the Prosciutto Sandwich $18 . The burger was extremely plain, no vegetables, no sauce, nothing at all, just a burnt hamburger patty. The patty was very dry and rubbery, and I’m not exaggerating. The Prosciutto Sandwich was also not worth the price. Both dishes were very disappointing and felt overpriced for such mediocre food.
Our waitress was nice, but the service was very slow. On a positive note, the outdoor seating area and the menu presentation were nice.

Great Food, Perfect for Groups, and Fantastic Outdoor Seating
Union on Yale was an amazing spot for a group outing! We tried a variety of dishes, including the Forest Floor pizza, Pesto with Chicken, Crack Mac and Cheese, and the Mason Jar Pizza, a fun build-your-own pizza dish. Everything was delicious and really hit the spot. We brought a large group of college students, and everyone left happy and full. The service was fantastic, and the outdoor seating created the perfect laid-back vibe for a great evening. Highly recommend this place for both small and large groups—we’ll definitely be coming back!
On top of the great food, the staff really made the experience special. They were super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of, even with our larger group. I also have to mention the Arnold Palmer—it was perfectly balanced and incredibly refreshing. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, Union on Yale is an absolute gem!
The Brussel Sprouts were outstanding!!!

Absolute perfection best describes our meals. The Fried Chicken was a whole free range chicken cut up and was the most amazing delicious crispy battered chicken I’ve had EVER! How have I gone this long without trying this dish?!?! The flavor of the rosemary lemon brine was unbelievable! It was paired with the most perfectly seasoned fried potatoes. The Rigatoni pasta with sausage ricotta cheese broccoli melts in your mouth. The Union Pizza came with a unique blend of toppings that’s sure to delightfully surprise you. The outdoor setting was nice and pleasant next to the heaters as we sat looking out toward the street and people watched as they passed by. Service was impeccable. Price was right for the quality and freshness of the meals.

Wow, I cannot believe I waited so long to try this place! My party enjoyed the delicious French tartine soup!! It was flavorful; a generous portion and with the bread and perfectly melted cheese, it was filling! We also had the traditional wedge salad, which was yummy, too! Our waitress, Val, was attentive and gave us great recommendations as it was our first time visiting. A party next to us had a pizza with “forest floor” in its name and it smelled amazing! We will be back!

Went in early on a Friday night. Quick seating and friendly staff. . Ended up ordering the frites and Brussels sprouts for appetizers, and then we had a bunch of items off the dinner menu. Pizza was good, but the roasted chicken was EXCELLENT. Will be back again soon…

The Spicy Sausage Pasta is the best pasta to ever exist. Don’t sleep on the Bread and Butter – perfectly sweet and delicious and the best way to start a meal. Bang bang broccolini is bangin’. Great for date night, family dinners, friend catch-ups. I do recommend making a reservation, especially on holidays. Service and ambiance are always wonderful. Great friendly neighborhood vibe sitting on the patio. You may have to walk a bit for parking but the town is cute and walkable so that is a given.
