Culvers is the best. I mixed strawberries and reeces in vanilla concrete. It was great. Staffed by very nice folks. This place was super busy today and the drive thru was packed but it moved fast. They do a good job here. Drive thru lane starts to the right and loops around the building

The CK fingers are good. The Buffalo has a nice spicy kick on it but not too spicy. Onion rings are crispy. Corn Dog is good too. However, the Cheese puff so so because they are using yellow cheese. Wish they have use mozzarella cheese instead. We ordered during the rush hour so we wait longer than usual which is understandable. Overall the food is good and the service is as expected.

I can tell what is important at this location, and it isnt the customer. Trickle down economy in fast-food is working – all of the incompetence and greed is flowing down to the franchisee.
I’ve been bringing my family here since we moved to the area – the past few months have really shown a decline at this Culver’s. I get that an order can get sent out wrong. I get that sometimes a patty gets overcooked. They say consistency is key, but you want to suck consistently?
Mistakes happen, but let them happen over and over and then charge ALL of the money too??
Shame on Culver’s, and shame on the franchisee. I can be glad you are always busy – why would you let that change the amount of care you put into your food an service? Anna Townsend, maybe it’s time to show some appreciation for the people who keep your business going.

Service here has been incredibly slow, I’ve come here on and off for the last 3 years. I’ve never been able to get a chicken sandwich in less than 30 minutes, how does that happen? People come in after me, order, get food, and finish it before I do. I’ve even watched them order the same thing as me, and my friends have ordered the same, at the same time, and I’m still the last one to get food. I’m not sure why I kept giving this place chances, but this was the last straw. I cannot comprehend what this location has against me.

I would give it a zero if I could. My order was to be ready at 8:32. I arrived at 8:32. Checked in and told it would be right up. 8:41 When I was handed a meal it was incorrect. Had to get manager. Still got part wrong (only a kids meal!).
The worst thing was the food wasn’t that good. Onion rings were salted! I’ve never had a restaurant salt onion rings.
Onion rings & corn dog were lukewarm. Plus corn dog wasn’t like other Culver’s.
Can’t mess up apple juice.
Not sure I’ll be back. The manager did give some complimentary items which was nice but too little too late.

Misunderstood the guy taking orders in the drive through. I realized my misunderstanding quickly and tried to correct myself and the guy cut me off yelling at me. I won’t be back.

Used to have Extraordinary food, great service. Greasy and salty as expected, but it’s good to kill the crave.
Until it’s not. Extreme long wait time and the kitchen is packed with remake orders. The counter ladies also doesn’t know what they are doing. The restaurant is a chaotic mess right now.I waited 30 minutes for my order before I gave up and left. It’s sad to see a fantastic place go down like this. I’m never coming back again.
