This was a excellent experience. The food is great and the service was exceptional. But for “me” the extra comfortable seating and quiet surroundings are FANTASTIC! I truly appreciate being able to have a conversation without constant disturbance. I’m looking forward to experiencing this again really soon.

Not only was the food spectacular, you can taste the love that went into it as well as the love that went into creating this space. Places like Joe and Mimma’s are hard to come by and should be cherished. It’s the kind of place that makes a town feel like home.

My family and I always sop here to eat when visiting city. Eating in the food is great. My only complaint is on my take out order of a jumbo pepperoni green peppers and onion Stromboli. The meat inside was not pepperoni and the vegetables were minimal. I was very disappointed the next day.

I sure wish I knew though what they put in their bread dipping oil. It’s really good and I’d love to make it once in a while. For a friend that doesn’t live here when I go visit. Is there anybody that can tell me what goes in there? Dipping oil.?

Joe and Mimma’s is my favorite place to go for chicken marsala. You can’t get homemade chicken marsala anywhere else around unless you go to a chain restaurant like Olive Garden. I love that this is a hole in a wall restaurant that is filled with delicious foods and welcoming staff.

This place deserves 6 stars out of 5, the food was excellent and the service was impeccable. This is a family restaurant, we were served by the owners daughter and the food was genuine Sicilian. The salad bar had a wide selection and we enjoyed every minute we spent there!

Best Italian I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken parmigiana sub and my partner had a large pizza. Both were outstanding. I was expecting a large bill but the prices were very competitive. Our server was so sweet and was apparently related to the owner. It did take a bit for our food to come out, but there was a large party so it was to be expected. Over all a great choice if you are in town.

Many places are closed on Monday. I was thankful this place was open. I had a large party. All the food was delicious and the waitress was extremely friendly and quick to refill our drinks. The bread they brought out was a must try too. I got salad bar and even tried their vegan pizza. But I’ve tried some of their other food like crab cakes, ziti, other pizzas, and lasagna. All had great portions and was delicious.

Upon my first visit, my husband opted for pizza. He ordered the meatlovers, which was a crisp and flavorful crust loaded with meats. I also tried Ravioli Florentine, which was quite enjoyable.
