We ordered the first night we were down for vacation and the pizza was PHENOMENAL. Extra sauce, hot quick service etc. we ordered again before we leave but unfortunately got the wrong pizza. Garlic sauce with pineapple and onion ewww. Who orders that ? Lol luckily they said they refunded for the buffalo chicken pizza we didn’t get.

Ordered around midnight. Undercooked. Doughy. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Phone was ringing off the hook as soon as I stepped in with Noone around. Short time after she came up and checked me out. Phone still ringing. When I left, still ringing. Read reviews from all Domino’s around, but decided to go with this Domino’s just because it was within walking distance. Big mistake.

The tracker has not worked the last two times I placed orders. The website said this order would be ready in 25 to 35 minutes. I arrived at that time and then it took a long time beyond that to get help from an employee. The employee then told me that my pizza was in the oven which was incorrect information. This store was in a complete mess! The entire top of the oven was stacked full of prepared food and another customer told me after I receive my order that he had seen it sitting up there the whole entire time! When I got home and open my pizza box I was extremely disappointed because there was hardly any cheese at all on my pizza! There was only one slice that had anywhere close to the normal amount of cheese on it which you will see in the picture! I was extremely disappointed in this visit to Domino’s along with the food I received! As you can see the box says melty cheese in every bite! I did not taste melty cheese in every bite of my pizza! You can also see how black my receipt is proving how long my order has been sitting there!

While I’m not one to complain because I have worked in the restaurant industry for several years and know how it can be. However, we ordered delivery while on vacation and ordered several items including a pizza. The pizza was extremely doughy to the point it was inedible. After calling and speaking with manager he pretty much accused me of lying “there’s no way a pizza left here doughy”. Terrible customer service. Delivery driver was kind and quick. Other food items were good. Do not recommend this location. (Pictures do not do justice of how doughy)

I bought two cheese pizzas. Both were badly burnt and torn apart. Wouldn’t buy again from this place though I like Dominos but this pizza store didn’t do a good job.

Took 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. Guy making pizza dough wearing no gloves and spreading dough out with his bare hands. Then proceeds to wipe his hand on his dirty pants to answer the phone and ring up another order. Goes back to touching dough without washing his hands or putting gloves on. Cheezy bread looks burnt and like somebody dropped it.

Very good hot and fresh … the prices are amazing especially if you have a big family like me I’m able to get five pizzas for under $40. You cannot get that anywhere else. so it may not be that New York style. We all love that you can fold, but it saves you money in your wallet.

I ordered online and have at at this dominos on previous trips to Myrtle beach and never in my life have I experienced being talked down to as a paying costumer in the manner I was talked to today from the employees especially the man who worked the front counter
I brought in 3 Alfredo’s that literally had a little bit a sauce and barley even a handful of pasta and asked for my money back or a replace the Alfredo’s and the rude man in front counter was super rude and not helpful whatsoever and did nothing to resolve the issue or give us a refund.
DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY
