$ 5.41 for a milk shake. Learn from my mistake. Always order without whip cream. As you can see. Its only a little better than half full of shake. The rest is whip cream.

Amanda is always so sweet and helpful! Our order is always correct, she greets us every time and is very quick in taking payment and giving us our food. We come here once a week and are always glad to see her at the drive thru window.

I always use the app to earn rewards points for FREE menu items. Today, I bought a Super Sausage (basically a double sausage/ double cheese) biscuit. When I opened it up to put the strawberry jam on, I noticed that 1 patty was TINY in comparison to the other and looked like it should’ve been tossed at 4am, rather than 8am. Hardee’s is “made to order”, from what I understand. I called and spoke with Nora, whom was VERY PLEASANT (THANK YOU ) & she made it right by addressing it and agreeing to replace my order at a future date, as I’m under the weather currently. Thank you for the great customer service. The cashier may have been in training, as there wasn’t much eye contact or communication. But, I try to be an open minded and understanding person, so I didn’t really knock any review points down, but may this be a coaching opportunity, perhaps? Regardless, I’d choose THIS restaurant over McDonald’s up the road ANY DAY. It just hits different!

Drive thru experience was great!!
Employee, Amanda, was quick & efficient.
She was also kind and friendly and my order was correct. I asked for a couple of mayo packets and they were in the bag. Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case.

Bristol – Lee hey15 minutes to get food, with one other car waiting in line in front of us. 2 burgers, hotdog 2 drinks , and 3 fries. Actually got talked out of buying a shake with our meal, because she said it was too small and not worth the price . They left a fry out of my order. Came back, employees were sitting in parking lot smoking. Employee didn’t wash hands after smoking. I told her I didn’t get my large fry, she says “sorry I forgot it because I had to go to the bathroom and I had been holding it for an hour”. Not sure why you would tell a customer that, very gross. I asked for a refund instead of the large fry. She refunded to the card and was on the phone while she did it. Terrible. I will not be back.

Tasty beyond most! A quick bite in the drive thru. Today’s choice was Frisco Breakfast Sandwich. Bread was toasted quite well on the outside while the inside continued being flavorful

Amanda is GREAT! Always greets you at drive in window and thanks you. I’m there in the morning and she also tells you to have a nice day. Very personable…yet she is on top of her job!! She is one you will definitely not want to loose.
