First visit to this place and I will never return. As you can see in these photos, these are the pizzas they sell here. I have no complaints about the taste of the cheese, but I do about the pizza dough. I’ve never seen such soggy pizzas with dough that has no flavor whatsoever. I literally had to roll up each slice of pizza like a burrito to be able to eat it, because otherwise it would have spilled all over the table. In fact, the dough was so soft that it literally looked like a burrito tortilla. The crust of a good pizza should be crispy on the bottom and around the edges. They don’t have Neapolitan pizza on the menu, which is very strange since Neapolitan pizza is the mainstay of any decent pizzeria’s menu. I can’t give them 1 star because that would be unfair on my part, but I think 3 stars is just right. I know that everyone has different tastes, but at least for me, these are not the right kind of pizza.

First time eating here, and we tried a variety of pizzas. The ones that stood out the most were the pear and jalapeño pizza and the Settebello pizza. The crust was quite thin, but the dough tasted very authentic and Italian. I also loved seeing the pizzas cooked in the wood-fired brick ovens — such a great touch.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Service was good overall, though there were a few moments when it took a bit longer for our waitress to check back in and bring the bill, but we were a large group, which may have contributed. Overall, I’d definitely come back to try more items on the menu.

Long wait but it was worth it, crazy busy for a week night lol!!!! Wood fired pizza, happy hour was the reason for the wait and ended up being worth it!! Red wine options were good… They were packed and service was really not that bad, they made it work so well done staff… margherita Pizza was on special and add one topping, what a deal and what a pie!!! Neapolitan Pizza was great and the appetizer dishes we tried that killed it were the beet salad and meatballs

First time dining here. It did not disappoint. Greeted and seated immediately. Server came to our table promptly and was very friendly. Food delivered to table quickly. Ordered the apricot and brie pizza. It was awesome. Will definitely be back.

Insanely ridiculously good. Flour from italy for those sensitive to american flour. Thin crust. Olive oil is high polyphenol. Parmesan is real.

Loved it! Pizza was delicious food was FAST to the table. Shuffle Board in the bar. I saw a small private dining room 12ish maybe.

It was ALOT of food. Good beer on tap. We had Atomic Duck beer.

We will definitely be back!

We stopped in wanting to sample a variety of menu items, and overall, everything we tried was solid.

What We Tried:
• Misto Platter (Charcuterie Board) – We’re charcuterie fans, so this was a must. Settebello offers separate cheese and mortadella platters, but we went with the Misto to get the best of both. It didn’t include a sweet element, so we added a side of apricot jam – a great call since we love a good salty/sweet combo. With that addition, we really enjoyed it.

• Focaccia Bread (served with Misto) – Likely just their pizza dough brushed with olive oil and seasoning. Not a traditional focaccia, but light and flavorful, and a nice touch with the platter.

• Bruschetta – A standout dish. Fresh and vibrant, with a pesto base that added a really nice depth of flavor. Easily one of our favorite bites of the visit.
NOTE: The photo shows two slices, but it actually comes with three – we just got a little overeager when it hit the table because we were hungry and it looked great.

• Margherita DOC Pizza – A classic done well. Light and balanced with a good crisp crust and soft chew to the dough. Though we do wish it had come with more basil; as you’ll see from the photo, it was a bit sparse.

• Tiramisu – Tasty, but nothing to write home about.

Gelato –
• Strawberry Cheesecake and Banana Dulce de Leche were both a bit too sweet for our taste.
• Bourbon Apple Crisp was the standout here – think apple pie a la mode, flipped into a gelato take on dessert comfort food.

Final Thoughts:
Overall a good experience. A few small tweaks would elevate it, but the food is flavorful, the presentation is thoughtful, and we’d definitely be open to returning to try more.

Drove 30 minutes from the strip to eat here and it was well worth the drive. First off the restaurant is certified by the Neapolitan pizza guild. Yes, it’s a real thing. The appetizers were fantastic. We had the Caprese Focaccia and the Arancine. The pizza is awesome and the perfect consistency of chewy and crunchy. And the desserts are to die for. Come hungry.
