Undercooked food is a very serious matter, and it was concerning to discover this after already leaving the restaurant. I called the store and was told I could return for a refund.
When I arrived, it took a while to be helped. The manager, Kaylin, inspected the sandwiches and didn’t seem concerned at first until I pointed out the issue. She then agreed to issue a refund but said it could only be done on a card, even though I paid cash. After some back and forth, I was eventually given a cash refund.
I’ve never had a bad experience at Freddy’s before, but this was very disappointing. The issue wasn’t just the food—it was also the lack of urgency and understanding when handling something as serious as undercooked food.
REMEMBER: “Please and/or Thank you” goes a long way!!!

The fries were super thin, the meat patties were super thin, and a double meat looked like a normal burger. Reminded us of a more expensive steak and shake. Not sure we are coming back.
