1st time trying this place, staff was friendly and helpful. Pepperoni pizza was great with a good thin crust would definitely try other toppings next time. Lasagna was good and filling. Dessert was great, wanted to try their tiramisu but they had sold out. Would definitely recommend this place and be back to try other items.

Staff was super nice and the pizza came out pretty good! I miss this style of pizza as you dont really see it here in San Benito.

Will definitely be back for my next pizza craving!

The store was hard to find without the food truck it used to have in the front. They have a decent parking lot. I would love to suggest to the owners that it would be a good idea to put out some of those big picnic tables and outdoor string lights to attract customers with the ambiance.

The pizza was delicious!! Love the char taste you get and love that the pizza is thin so you dont feel over stuffed, the pizza has a different delicious taste. Pizzas are small but 3 fed a family of 4 with leftovers. This is a trailer so no dine in and the service was great and fast. Highly recommend it.

Piccola Italia Healthy Goodness has some of the best pizza. We tried the pepperoni, tre meats and monte bianco. Stop by next time in San Benito!

This man is very kind, and the service is very fast. This place is a great date idea, and you can eat 2 pizzas if you wanted without feeling bloated after. We got the Margherita with pepperoni. Definitely recommend you try at least once. Possibly the most authentic pizza in the valley. The chef is straight from Italy

Excellent pizza & wings !
It’s not that service was bad, it just took a good little while to get it made & out to us. Evidently the kitchen was a little backed up; maybe carry out order’s? Dunno, but the slices are huge! I really enjoyed the Greek slice!

Had a chance to meet this sweet lady by the name of Morena who made the food. Thank you!

Let me start by saying the service is fantastic, very friendly and welcoming upon walking up to the food truck. I had studied the menu a bit before arriving so I know what I wanted.

I ordered a monte bianco pizza and a double pepperoni. I didn’t know that the monte bianco was a “white pizza” meaning they don’t use a tomato sauce base for the pizza so I was very relieved that they clarified that for me. I opted for the tomato sauce base and added pepperoni to the monte bianco.

There were a couple orders ahead of us, so we were able to grab some ice cream while our order was being made. My niece asked, “how is it a healthy pizza??”

Well for starters the pizza is incredibly “light”. It’s definitely on the thinner side if you’re just used to chain pizza. I definitely could have ate the entire pizza without feeling overwhelmingly stuffed and bloated.

We had about a 15 minute drive home so we didn’t try the pizza freshly out of the oven. Personally I think the pizza was a little floppy, while the toppings didn’t slide off the pizza, I caught my self trying to catch a bite and not leave it to chance. But the ingredients are definitely fresh, and the owner gave us the courtesy of taking the pizzas to our car when they were done.

There are a couple picnic tables available if you’d like to enjoy your pizza there. I’m not necessarily sure if it’s for me, everything was great, but I just would have liked for the bottom of the pizza to be a bit toastier without the flop.

But if that isn’t an issue for you then I recommend giving them a try.

I look forward to trying them again once they outgrow the food truck, I’m sure they’ll be well on their way!

This place delivers true Italian-style pizza the way it’s meant to be: simple, high-quality ingredients prepared with skill and intention. The crust has a perfect light char and airy texture. The sauce tastes fresh and balanced, not overly seasoned, allowing the natural flavor of the tomatoes to shine.

What makes it exceptional is how closely it matches the style of top pizzerias in Naples and Rome. It’s not trying to be “Valley pizza with Italian flair”—this feels genuinely authentic. For anyone who’s experienced true Italian pizza, this spot stands out as one of the rare places in the U.S. that gets it right.
