Stole from me and refuse to call me back to resolve the issue. The store phone number goes unanswered. I have tried to replace this multiple times and cannot get ahold of anyone at the local store. The corporate store takes now ownership or accountability.

Horrible experience with you today. Found a local subway. Ordered via the app. The app and Google both said the store was open. The app took my order. Charged my card. I drive there to get my food and it’s closed……horrible setup all the way around. Very disappointing.

The employees at this location can not tell time. They are very rarely open on time and some days choose to not show up at all. Please let them know they are open at 8 or change the time to “whenever”.
It is 8:40 and I was refused service because “they are not open”. I can’t tell you how may breakfast sandwiches I have not been able to purchase because they open whenever they want to open.

I tried to go for lunch but they just decided to not open, I guess. I saw them making bread and walking around but the lights were off and the store looked closed from the outside. Even though they open at 10 they just decided to do a “soft open” at 12.

We went in today to grab lunch really quick after shopping. We ordered a pepperoni and cheese dipper and when we got it home found there was not a single slice of cheese, and 2 pepperonis total. On top of that, the worker was so busy flirting with the girl behind us his work was not very efficient. Then as we went to leave that same worker told his coworker to give the girl behind us in line “the 50% off.” He was too busy flirting to give quality customer service to any other customers.

Ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. Neither sandwiches were even close to what we ordered. We also ordered cookies and did not receive the correct cookies either. Apparently their toaster oven was also not working. I tried calling so that I could at least get my sandwiches fixed and no one answered. I would highly recommend going to a different subway location.

Isaiah is an excellent sandwich artist. He did so well, that it was clear he cares about his customers. I was watching him make the sandwiches for the folks in front of me, and I could tell he was making them as if they were for his own family. Even though the Subway was short staffed (he was alone), he put in great effort for everything, didn’t miss a beat, and kept a good attitude. This was a pleasant experience, exceeding expectations. Riley was AWESOME!! They were super friendly and on top of everything. When I asked for extras they followed my order exactly!! I was incredibly impressed. They didn’t skimp and I’m so grateful. Definitely order yourself a sandwich when Riley’s there!

My husband and I went a few months ago and service was subpar. There was a girl working who seemed awesome and had a great personality, but the quality of the food was eh. My husband went back again today and his bread was completely squished and 99% of the tomatoes (only 1 remained) fell out of the sandwich before he even took a bite. The guy who made his sandwich was also sniffling, had long hair, and was wearing a random t-shirt that was not affiliated with subway. This location is probably the worst out of all of the locations in the Rexburg area. I suggest going to one of the other locations if you want better service.

we ordered 14 subs online, and within 15 min the nicest girl had them ready, and i tell ya what she had them SPOT ON. each sandwich was different than the next, every one completely customized and they were perfect. she was all alone in there and got them done right. nice job we’ll be back!

It was an hour tell close and they had half of everything thrown away and packed up. They also blocked the meat section so I couldn’t see what they had. Also the worker helping me was so slow. Very bad service
