A Truly Fresh and Friendly Subway Stop

I recently visited this Subway location for my usual order: a 6-inch Veggie sandwich with my signature request for “extra everything.” I’m happy to report this particular location absolutely did not disappoint.

My favorite order was handled perfectly. The staff were generous with the toppings, ensuring the “extra everything” lived up to its name. The bread was just as fresh as the vibrant vegetables, resulting in that reliable, satisfying Subway taste.

Beyond the food, the experience was great overall. The staff was friendly and worked efficiently, and I noticed that the food stations were clean and well-maintained.

And don’t forget dessert! The double chocolate cookies at this location are amazing; they taste just like rich, fudge-y brownies.

You really can never go wrong with a classic Subway sandwich, and this location upheld that standard beautifully. It was a pleasant experience overall, and I will certainly be revisiting again soon.

I came to this subway with my husband today, The lady who was working had an awful attitude. my husband just wanted to scan the app to get some points so he attempted to scan ; She proceeded to roll her eyes and said “it’s not rung up yet so it’s not working, can you wait”. Mind you ; we weren’t in any rush and he told her “yeah I can wait.” We were nice to her The whole time; said please and thank you… chill dude I just wanted to scan it. lol

Walked in just before 8pm on a Saturday evening. There were no customers and only 1 employee working. The first thing we noticed is how hot is was inside. It was stifling, as if the heat were turned up.

The employee did not say hello or offer any kind of greeting but started to work on the first sandwich immediately. Then, rather than finishing the sandwich with toppings, she left it incomplete while she started the other orders. This is normal for Subway when there’s more than 1 person making the subs, but since she was there it didn’t make sense to leave the sub lying there. The next 2 orders were for footlong dippers. She made them and toasted them, and again left them on the counter while she went on to the next order.

After the 2 dippers was another sandwich, she completed all the orders and then started to wrap them up. At this time we tried to use the restroom but it was locked. We asked if there was a key, and she said yes, but did not offer it. We asked for water cups but were denied. We also asked again for the restroom key but she did not provide it. While waiting for the food to be wrapped, 3 other customers came in but she told them the restaurant was closed.

When we paid for the order she asked if it was for here or to go. We said for here and then she said oh I’m closing. The sign in the window has 9pm for closing on Monday through Friday, but the closing time for Saturday and Sunday was covered up. That’s convenient.

Lastly, as we were leaving we noticed that she didn’t charge us for the dippers (total of $12) but instead for a sub that we did not order. When asked about it, she said she didn’t know how to ring the dippers so she decided to charge us for the sub instead, since it was $12.59, close enough to the cost. It would have been nice to have been told about this honestly, rather than have to be asked. And really it’s only 59 cents but it just doesn’t feel good.

This is the worst service ever received at a Subway restaurant. Very disappointed in the experience and will it be returning when there are other Subways in the area. I suggest you avoid this place too.

I visited this Subway this location today and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a foot-long vaggie
sub, and while the sandwich itself was okay, the customer service was frustrating.

First, I was given only one napkin with my order. Subs can get messy, so I asked for more napkins, but the employee handed me just one again, almost as if she was deliberately limiting them. This felt very unwelcoming.

Then, I asked for a small drink, but she told me they don’t have small sizes and only offer medium. However, when I checked the drink station after paying, I noticed there were lids for small cups—so clearly small sizes do exist. This made me feel like I was either misled or overcharged.

Overall, the attitude and service were poor, and it made the entire visit unpleasant. I won’t be returning to this Subway, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others based on this experience. Definitely the worst Subway visit I’ve had.

So I went least night with my pregnant wife and two kids they threaten my wife, literally over cross contaminating her hoagie because she cannot eat deli meat it has a bacteria. It’s bad for the baby and then I try to pay for my girls food. They deny me that as well. The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. Please do not go there. And I told them double meat and I told them to redo it they said no I have to Pay for that one

I ASKED FOR A WATER CUP, no, no actually I asked the woman behind the counter for a cup of ice, she didn’t say a word and looked at me with an unwelcoming demeanor and I asked again, assuming maybe she didn’t hear what I said. So I asked again, “could I get a cup of ice, do you have ice?” And she said, “no you can’t get one” and mind you, I was a PAYING CUSTOMER I had my samdwich in hand and all I wanted was ice because I had water in the car. If she got it herself that would have been fine too. But to downright decline baffles me. I would have paid for it too. And like I said I would have paid easily.

Please re-train this employee and teach her about customer service or I will be going to another Subway location along with others.

Ordered delivery through the app plenty of times (they’re contracted with DoorDash). Food is always decent (decent, not great). This time I put the wrong address in… somehow added the Subway store address as the delivery address instead of my home. The dasher promptly contacted me and graciously remedied the issue. Grateful for their kindness and spirit of customer service.

Yesterday I had a pleasure dealing with Jessica, she was awesome very helpful understanding. I had ordered online and I had certain specific way of assembling that sub I end up calling the store, happened to speak with Jessica she was very nice took the instruction wrote it down and prepare the sandwich and wrapped everything individually very people person, good customer service . You rock Jessica definitely will go back and keep going back..

Visited my wife on an evening after office. It’s very close to my home in Germantown. Tried the Vegetable Pattie and loved it. Very well baked, fresh quality of bread, cheese and vegetables. Simply perfect.
Even the staff was very helpful and friendly, will visit again. Definitely recommend this store.

I went in to try the new footlong pretzel because Auntie Anne’s is a favorite of mine, so I purchased two. Not sure if the young man who helped me was new or the process of how to fix the pretzel was not clear or he just didn’t care but he grabbed them from the freezer placed them in the microwave,by the time they were done his Coworker(maybe store manager) took them and said, “you have to put the oil on them.” She then places the oil/salt mix, bags then and serves them to me. Now this being my first time purchasing I took them and left. When I got home they were hard and most of the salt had fallen off so I ended up trashing them. I’m not sure if I would purchase them again(maybe from another subway but first impressions are everything) or just go to the actual restaurant.
