I ordered the discovery box and asked at the order speaker for hot sauce then again when i got to the window and when they handed me the box i asked a third time is the hotsauce in the box they said yes i get home open my box and low and behold who would have guessed they forgot my hotsauce. How they can ask for $20 an hour but cant do something that takes no intelligence blows my mind.

This is the for the staff working on 12/11 at 12:30am. I arrived and they told me they were closed. They refused my business of a $50 order when they do not close until 1am. I will be calling corporate to let them know their staff is closing early missing out on business. This use to be the best taco bell in torrance but they have all new employees and ever sense then it has gone down hill. Staff needs major training.

Horrible service took forever to give me my mobile order. People came in ordered and got theirs while I was waiting. I was totally ignored until I asked. Waited for 25 minutes until I got my order. This place will not be getting another penny from me.

It’s silly someone would leave anything under a 5 star review for this Taco Bell. The staff is excited to serve, atmosphere is fresh, and food is handled with care. Sure, Taco Bell’s all serve the same food for the most part, but this location separates itself from the rest with customer experience. Daniel & the team call us by our names when we enter. This team differentiates itself with quality service. Will always be returning.
