Use to love Sbarro pizza for pizza, this was the saddest thing ever, $1 frozen pizza at home was better. Recipe clearly changed to cut costs. Look at this sad pizza. They normally give a discount at closing but nope not even for two full boxes of leftovers!

Terrible experience. Went with my son and he saw a picture of their meatball pasta. I ordered it and it only had 2 meatballs while in the picture there where 6 big ones. Asked for at least 2 more and was charged double price. Total 22 dollars for a very low quality meal. Never eating there again..

Hey there! I was at dolphin mall yesterday in Florida, I went to get some lunch at your restaurant Sbarro‘s… I went to go pay for it and it first my card was declined! Your staff was super nasty, completely embarrass me in front of everyone, I then pay cash and had to leave because I was so upset! Turns out my card wasn’t really declined, it was just an error in placement… Your staff was completely rude was screaming my card was declined and totally embarrass me, unacceptable!
