Never ordering a milkshake much less anything from this sonic again. Me and my girlfriend got 2 milkshakes and they skimped out of nearly 1/4 of my milkshake then wouldn’t answer the com, or rectify the situation. The person who brought our shake dipped before I could even bring up the issue or ask for a spoon if I could report this behavior I would or get a refund because it was entirely unprofessional in nearly every way. Then add we were told it would take 3 minutes to make then had us waiting for over 20 minutes

Got into the drive in around 21:40 and clicked the red button to order. Saw a person coming out to talk to the car next to me. Kept waiting until 22:58 just to order and all the lights suddenly turned off. No warning, no announcement, just that and hoping customers will take the hints to leave. Worst customer services and systems ever!

I tried ordering on the app ahead of time but when it came time to check out it wouldn’t load. I waited for approximately 10 minutes then got frustrated so I pushed the red button and ordered that way. The food was ok, would’ve been better if the tots had salt on them. Overall I was disappointed.

Placed order by the app. When carhop came to vehicle she hurried to hand everything into vehicle before she even said hi. Then she forgot the chili cheese tots that we paid extra for. When we push the button to let someone know, no one answered the button call for over 20 mins. Then reset the button without answering the call. Then we had to flag down another carhop and she brought out some chili cheese tots that still weren’t correct. Everyone acted like we were inconvenience to them. We tip on the app to make sure they get some type of tip. But from now on it will be after the service. The food was okay at best. We have been here when the food was great, we rather come to this sonic vs the other but now I guess we will have to find some where else.

Was handed my food and my burger wasn’t even in the bag, the main part of my meal. When I informed the carhop, I had to wait an hour almost to get the burger, only to discover that the burger was made wrong! One would thing with the extra hour to prep the burger while my mozz sticks got cold that the burger would have come out correct.

I spend over an hour waiting on my burger that didn’t come out with the rest of my food. After pressing the red button multiple times and not getting a person to speak too I had to ask a person who was running other peoples food to help. Not only did I have to ask two other people besides the first person, but I was there upwards of an hour waiting on something that should have been the top priority. Plus all of my other food got cold while I was waiting.

How does it take 30 minutes to get a burger and it still be wrong? How do you forget bacon, lettuce, and mayo on a smasher when it’s on the receipt I hand you when I say it’s missing??? The huzz even ate my mozzarella sticks. I ordered a 6 and they gave me 4! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
