New panera decided to try it. food was good.
My complaint is for the $30 we spend for a sandwich a d a half a sandwich
, chips and a drink with bairly any meet. See photos. We did enjoy what we did have but the amount of meat especially my wife’s half of sandwich. As far as service… we’ll theybhad cool kiosks to make order. However there was no interaction from the staff except to call your name when food was ready. I like the ease of ordering but they coukdnat least interact and be friendly.

Excellent new location! Same delicious food, easy parking, easy ordering, clean bathrooms. Panera Bread is always a great option for eats!
UPDATE: Sarah is an outstanding representative of the company. Pretty sure she was the manager on duty and the first thing I noticed was her making sure a non-service dog was not allowed in the restaurant. Please keep that in mind people, if you don’t have a service license for your dog don’t bring it in any restaurant because it’s illegal. Anyways, I had a sandwich today and the blueberry lemonade and a chocolate croissant…. all delicious! great service from the kitchen staff as well. If you haven’t tried this new location it is awesome! The price was great! Overall impression of this restaurant is All Around excellence. Clean organized and runs like a machine.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! The manager was nasty and rude when I asked a question about my order as it was 30mins late and I pre ordered a RAPID pickup! Rapid pickup is a joke! The manager refused to give her name however one young lady said it was “Michelle” well I can honestly say we will never go back to this location after the horrible service and watery soup, see the photo I had to go home and try to fix it and it just went in the trash where this manager belongs! I am shocked as Panera usually is a little classier than most but this does not include “Manager Michelle” multiple people came in from the drive thru as I waited with wrong orders or missing items. They had NO BREAD?! How it’s not even close to closing?! I showed a photo from outside bc it wasn’t busy and this is still happening! This location is in Flowers?! Do better! Although I will be telling everyone I know not to go here!!!!!

I paid $10 for a bowl of lettuce with a couple tiny bacon pieces on it. What a rip off! Update: bought family size bacon, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese I grated myself, croutons, spring mix lettuce & creamy Caesar dressing so I could make this at home the right way & my version came out delish! Everybody loved it and it fed the whole family 🙂

Waited over an hour for an order that was placed IN store. So much of a delay that the account used to order was credited automatically by the app for the long wait time. Being a newer location, I understand that they are busy, and had it just been an extended wait period I would have understood. While standing at the front waiting for my order to updated, one of the employees kept coming from the back to check on everyone EXCEPT myself. She asked about 3 other people who had not only ordered after me but were also lower on the wait list other names and orders to update them but skipped over me each time she did so. Then when I finally get my order one of my 2 broccoli cheddar soups was noticeable less filled than the other. I brought both containers up to the counter and just asked for my other soup to be properly filled; the cashier came back with who I assume was the manager who proceeded to tell me the soups are “pre portioned” and that it was filled to the correct level. I then proceeded to remove the top from the other container to show the difference, at which point all the employees just kind of stared at each other for a minute and just told me that the more filled one just have received an extra scoop and did not even attempt to remedy the issue. So which is it, is the soup pre portioned or manually scooped. Not worth the wait, I also heard other customers complaining about consistency issues and low quality food. Would not come back if given the choice. Poor service, and poor quality control, both of which are unacceptable in the food industry

I was very excited for the new Panera, especially the chicken salad which is usually very good! Unfortunately the photos attached show what I received:( The flavor was not good and there was barely enough on it to have one side of the bread. Not worth the price at all!

Ordered a Greek salad with chicken and there was no chicken on the salad. The bowl was half filled, and worth $2 of food which is of course not what was paid. Really hoping this location steps it up, was excited about it.

Consistently bad order management. If you go inside, orders show complete, but are frequently not available. At the drive through, staff do not judiciously use available spots for larger orders and create unnecessary wait times for simple orders and order ahead customers. The food and beverages are good, and the location is clean and well maintained.

Visited a few times since they recently opened. Sandwiches were good. The prices seemed high, but I knew that about Panera. My first time there was the opening day, so wait times were as expected for new staff. Service times have improved since opening. My only real complaint is the coffee. I expected drip coffee, but they only have a single-serving machine that makes a cup on the fly. I couldn’t drink it as it was so bad. But, I liked my sandwiches. The dining room is smaller than a full sized Panera and less comfortable–more like a fast food experience and not as plush as a typical Panera that I was accustomed to.

This Panera is in a great spot in a rapidly growing area, but unfortunately the customer service really drags the experience down.

The manager comes across as rude and dismissive, and honestly just seems unhappy to be there.

No matter how you order—inside, through the drive-thru, or online—you’re met with an attitude that feels anything but welcoming or appreciative of customers.

To make matters worse, when I got home I realized I had to “fix” the soup I ordered. Why is a cream-based soup being watered down? There were 3 other customers actively complaining when I picked up my order; when we asked the manager for her name she turned around and walked away, but an associate later told us her name. Which proves she must not be a good manager to the employees.

This attitude and unprofessionalism is not what I expect from Panera.
