This Zaxby’s appears to be succeeding in all three areas of Food quality, Service, and Atmosphere. I recently got the Zensation salad which is worth the high price. The staff served quickly and gave me more than I could eat. The sitting area is clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and worth using for more than an emergency.

I placed an online order that was supposed to be done at 7:51, instead wasn’t done until we sat in the parking lot for about 10 extra minutes, ordered 2 milkshakes and then was informed that they had no batter to make them and that they couldn’t give me a refund so instead gave us 3 cookies. Last time I checked 2 milkshakes aren’t 2.59$ (which is how much 3 cookies are) and I have absolutely no clue why they couldn’t give us a refund on something we had just ordered but they couldn’t provide it.

Went through drive thru ordered 20 piece fingers…. Drove 20 minutes home…no sauce in the bag…none…called the store to be nice and suggest they make sure those things are added…. Then…I get told we are busy you can’t talk to a manager.. call back later…. No no no…when I spend $38 on food I expect to speak with someone in charge then. You do not tell someone we are busy call back….. last time for me at that location…. It’s called customer service

Delicious inexpensive food! It’s a hidden gem! The restaurant is beautiful in the inside and the outside. Very clean and well maintained. It feels like an expensive restaurant but it is actually inexpensive delicious fast food. Love it!

We waited over 20 minutes for our food and when we asked they said traditional wings take 15 to 20 minutes and that it would be another 7 minutes. That is almost a half hour for something that supposedly takes 15 to 20 minutes. The manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. She came up with a bogus reason for why we couldn’t get a refund. When we finally received our food the tables and benches were sticky and just plain disgusting. It seems like everytime we come to this particular Zaxby’s it is a problem.

On today’s visit we waited 25 minutes for a couple of 4 piece strip meals. Not to mention we had people that came in AFTER us get their food first? I mean you sell literally 3 items. To watch others that came in after you and be served last is crazy. We came in and completed our order at 3:51 and received it at 4:14. No hustle. 25 minutes is a bit much at a non-peak time. Seven cooks. Unbelievable
My first visit to a Zaxby’s. The food was really good. We ordered teriyaki and regular hot bone in wings and my wife had the original sandwich. We also ordered fried pickles and mushrooms.
Their fries fell short of being acceptable. But the rest of the meal was great. Dining room needed attention. The staff was helpful on our picks. We’ll be back. It’s a great wing place. They need Garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper and it would make them perfect….

It is actually sad how the quality has gone down so much. We use to love eating here. The prices keep going up and the portion size and quality of the food keeps going down. My husband’s 4 finger plate looks more like 4 nuggets. The Cole slaw is hot and the chicken is cold

Zaxby’s on North Pine is beautifully decorated with date-worthy lighting, funny quotes and brick and wood wall covering. Also very clean! Their employee’s were kind and helpful. Plenty of parking, fresh tea and hip music! The food was almost perfect (reason why the 4 star rating), a little more practice and you’d never know they just opened! #SoHappyToHaveAcloserLocation
