Food is good and atmosphere is just fine.. But the lady was a total jerk, rushing me and not letting me finish what I wanted, gave me a sour attitude and almost didn’t want to serve me.. ( I never once raised my voice to her, just telling to relax and let me explain my order) chances are I will come back but not often for sure..

This was my first time eating here. Customer service was awesome, food was awesome seasoning was good. I had the burger my daughter had the burger and my Grandson had the fish and we all had the wings they were good but fried a little too hard. I truly recommend This place. 9 out of 10.

Read all the great reviews and saw all of the delicious photos online . We wanted to check this spot out, but we were very disappointed. The service was that there was no service we ordered at the counter, and the worker seemed like she didn’t want to be there and still left a tip on the machine. The food looked delicious, but once we started to eat, you could taste the bland meat. we had to add ketchup or dip the burger in the cheese to give it more flavor instead of bland meat. We left disappointed.

Came her to grab dinner very good choice. I had the cheese burger with a side of chili cheese waffle fries. The burger was a great size and patty was delicious! Loved every topping it had, the burger was a 10/10. The fries were good as well everything was hot and fresh. Also grabbed the fried Oreos, a must if you have a sweet tooth ver yummy. The chicken strip Buffalo ranch sandwich was good as well. The place was very clean and to go packaging was good. The items on the menu are worth the price in my opinion at least the items I had. They have a nice patio outside as well and plenty of seating inside and out of the restaurant. Also the wait time was not bad at all, went there around 6:30 PM. Overall food was great definitely going back if I’m ever craving another burger and fries

Onion rings are killer!
Really enjoyed my bacon cheeseburger when I usually get a dull at most other places. Waffle fries also very good.

My wife wanted a burger and although we don’t live close by, we looked at some places and decided to try JLB. I ordered the BBQ burger and my wife had the bacon avocado burger. The size of the burger was the first thing I noticed when I picked up my order at the counter. The buns are so soft and you can tell they are made in house. The burgers were juicy and the combination of ingredients was delicious. We tried both the regular and sweet potato fries and both were outstanding. JLB seems like a neighborhood treasure, and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

This place is really good and you can really tell that they care about food quality here. They have gotten my order wrong 2 out of the 10 times I’ve been here but they immediately try to take care of it. My favorite thing so far is the patty melt, they do overcook the egg a little bit, but I’ll just ask for a different next time. If you were in this area and you’re skeptical, just try it. I’ve worked next to this place for years and I’ve always just thought it looked kind of weird.

Food was pretty good but not mind blowing, I ordered a double with bacon and avocado. A little more on the pricey side (but the burgers are pretty hefty). I wish the sweet potato fries had more crisp to them. It has the atmosphere where people would sit and dine in, but it felt more like a fast food spot.

The food was really good, the place was not that clean.. Pretty sticky, table wasn’t wiped, lots of people but not crowded, seemed kinda pricey at 1St but the potions were a good size & the food was good, my hubby got some bbq wings very crispy & delicious while I of course had a bacon Burger w/ an egg added. I thought the “salad” was kinda funny as it was lettuce & tomato in a small cup. Would love to go again

Love this new burger place. After open few months we finally tried it and it was great!!! The bigger was about the biggest one I have ever seen, fish and chip was great and you can order both Cajun and London style in one order. Owner is this sweet Korean lady, we will definitely go back to try everything on their menu!!
