Delivery orders take too long. Either more staff should be hired or the service shouldn’t be offered. No staff should be complaining about online orders or how many items are in an online order…. That’s your job, you work in fast food. People are going to have orders.

Let me start this off by saying I am an employee in the mall of this location and I literally buy food here every other day. In addition a lot of times I will place an online order that includes 4-6 items. Now every time I go in person everyone is kind to me, but for some reason when picking up my online orders at this location they are downright rude. I’ve overheard the employees complaining about having to fulfill my order and how many items are in my order. They also have now forgotten an item two times in a row which is fine and I have no problem just getting credit for my item I paid for and they had no problem fixing this the first time. But today they were yet again rude, now this time straight to me over the phone. Gave me attitude and then hung up in anger and frustration at me. I did nothing wrong, I feel that maybe if they were not so angry and complaining about the items in my order maybe they would just not forget my item and then you wouldn’t have to be rude to me on the phone.
Again I work here and these standards would never fly in my store right down the hall. Disappointed

Owen who was in the drive thru line and took my mine and my Mom’s order NEEDS A RAISE. A HUG. A HIGH FIVE. A TROPHY. A DAY OFF (OR MORE HOURS IF HE WANTS THEM) HE DESERVES THE WORLD!!! OWEN WAS THE SWEETEST YOUNG MAN THAT WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED at Chick-fil-A!!! He answered our questions. His computer crashed. AND AND AND when we tried to pay he said, IT’S ON ME!! I know we only ordered 2 drinks but he is a GEM AND WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE AND ADORE HIM!!! We will be back to look for Owen!!!! –We think that was his name it was Saturday April 13th around 7:14pm and he was working the outside drive thru line.

The chicken nuggets were so burnt and dry. This was a huge disappointment as I am a huge chick-fil-a customer. Our chicken was so dry and burnt it made me choke and I had trouble swallowing it.
It was so bad I wouldn’t even give it to my dog.
