Good location, good staff, good food with good portions. The chips are usually stale though. Regardless, I will no longer visit this chipotle location due to the insecure Flock ALPR surveillance cameras being used to track licence plates they have mounted in the shopping center.

This was my first time visiting the Chipotle in Reston, and I was genuinely impressed. I was shocked—in the best way—by how generous they were with the portions; they were not holding back at all. It was an easy in and easy out experience, the line moved quickly, and everything felt smooth and efficient. The restaurant was clean, the kitchen area looked well kept, and the overall environment felt organized. On top of that, everyone was friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Fast, clean, generous, and welcoming—I’ll definitely be coming back.

I usually order from this chipotle and
the food is fine. A couple hours ago I placed an online order, purchasing 3 bowls. My family and I couldn’t finish our meal, the salt content was extremely high making the food so acidic and unhealthy. Sadly, we couldnt finish our meals. I am sure this won’t occur again but I believe the staff should be mindful of this and asjust the salt content.

I stop around 7pm to order takeout. Is been multiple times where I had been disappointed. However this time was really bad experience, the line super dirty, rice super salty, they don’t have any vegetables, the guy in the back who apparently cooks was eating behind the line, making joke with the other coworker at from. This not the first time and I continue to order because I really like the food, however I probably will take the business somewhere else.

Wish I could give 0 stars for the service. They had a BOGO offer going for the day. When I got my burrito and bowl to the counter, the billing guy asked me if I want it bogo. I answered yes. Yet the guy still billed me for both the items. I had to call out thrice while being ignored by him before getting the refund. Definitely never visiting this place again. Need to have some integrity and morals.

I normally go to this Chipotle and it can be hit or miss, but this visit was disappointing. We got there around 9 (2 hours before closing) and the tables were already flipped up and it looked as if they were closing. Once we got to the front of the line, we were told they had no white rice and it would be a 20 minute wait, which happens, it’s not a huge deal. Except when asking for brown rice, they were scraping it from the bottom of the pan. They were also low on black beans, and it’d be a 10 minute wait for fajita veggies. This was frustrating and I understand that this happens, but I’d be more understanding if we came in close to closing and that just wasn’t the case. Once my order was made, the other employee still hadn’t even started on my partner’s order, he was just working on to go orders instead and ignored him. This caused a line and the delay was annoying as well. Again, I understand to go orders also need to be made, but we were talking to each other and came in the restaurant together, so it should’ve been a given that our orders were going to be together as well. There was no urgency for helping customers and they were out of several ingredients making the experience as a whole really disappointing.

Went into this location around 8:50pm today. Ordered food and asked to pay for 5 taco shells. The clerk stated they can’t sell taco shells. This is a standard service at Chipotle and I’ve done this for years. Just did it the other day. It even states that in Chipotle services! 2 stars for lying.

I visited this place on Thursday 4/11/2024.. my girlfriend and I and my dog (stripe )went for a run and on the way back my Girlfriend was very hungry so we decided to go eat at this location, it was around 11:10 am .. the store was not full there was barely 5 people eating in the store,and like 4 ppl waiting in line didn’t know this place hated dogs.. i walked in with my dog bc I didn’t wanted to leave it by itself outside so I walked in and walked towards the side door with my dog , he had his leash on . One of the coworkers got up and told the GM that I had the dog inside, Gm came and quicked me out … my dog is very obedient and trained, he was sitted by my side, so he told me I can’t be there with my dog .. although we was buying food … I felt like slap in the face… the coworker should of been talking care of the line not snitching on me , it was already their past their lunch brake… plus if they hate animals they should display signs on all doors that says .. animals are not allowed in side this facility or something. I didn’t see any signs..so I’m pissed… plus idk what is it but eveyt8me I go it there I get a stomachache, I also asked for a salad dressing and they didn’t have … ..

Only children working. No sense of urgency nor care. There are 3 people in line and 3 people working and yet I still have the time to wait, notice the lack of attentiveness and write a full review as I still wait here in line. Also, they have NO clue on how to roll a burrito! They just scrunch it up together and hope the foil will keep it in tact. Did they skip this lesson during training?!
