This slice of Napoli in Bangor is an absolute gem. It is very unassuming externally, so I was prepared to be underwhelmed. However, everything was spot on. The menu was extensive and interesting, service was prompt and very polite, with orders appearing quicker than any restaurant I’ve been to in months. The food was authentic and very tasty. This place had quiet, slightly subdued atmosphere, which suited me and my daughter fine. Strongly recommended

Working away from home and stopping at a nearby hotel noticed this place near the pier, didn’t look very much from the outside, but went for food because of how close to hotel, place is absolutely amazing, great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff and the food was brilliant, I do like Italian food and this felt real – was up there with the best I’ve tried…..eccellente

It’s a wonderful choice for birthdays and anniversaries but it’s also a great place for a night out with friends.
This time we were celebrating my birthday, and I had a superb swordfish steak, perfectly cooked and delicious.

Food is quite underwhelming. Pepperoni Pizza doesn’t have any taste. Stuffed Mushrooms were good. Spaghetti Carbonara was average. Would not recommend this restaurant. Cheap quality.

One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to. Lovely staff. Food was beautiful with plenty of pizza and pasta dishes to choose from. Various drink choices including soft drinks, alcohol, shots, etc. We didn’t have starters but the menu sounded amazing. Dessert was divine, too! Highly recommend.

Good lord. It should be illegal for food to be THAT good! The best Italian restaurant we’ve ever been to. It’s small inside, but we felt that added to the ambience and it feels cosy and homely and again, the food? Oh my god, so good. If you find yourself in Bangor, definitely check out Torna a Surriento.
