Wonderful Food! This place has the best prices in town. The restaurant feels very nice and inviting. The new owners have done a great job! Give them a try…….and you wont be sorry you did.

For lunch, I had their country fried steak, a side of fries, and allowed to have a salad, because we were allowed to order this dinner only menu item for lunch. The salad bar here was fresh and tasty; I had iceberg lettuce, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, sliced boiled eggs, and topped it off with some tasty ranch dressing, along with a dusting of sunflower seeds. The fried steak was crispy, free of gristle and was generally tasty. The gravy topping the steak was light and did not have a heavy taste (meaning it was not made with left over bacon fat, after it’s cooked.). Pricing, while not cheap, is not that expensive either. We also ordered some food to go and it was packaged for us carefully – a nice touch! I really liked the log cabin and timber framing construction, which definitely shows on the inside. All-in-all, not bad.

This place is terrible, Just went here over Memorial Weekend and was looking for a good steak. The Steak was awful, The menu says “steak of the day” that should have been my first sign to leave. They didn’t even know what cuts of steak they had on hand. Also my veggies that came with it were cubed up Frozen bag of the corn and carrot medley that you buy at Walmart. Also they don’t serve Beer/Wine or any other type of Alcohol.

This place was worst than a truck stop. First of all, I got the pulled pork sandwich, it was so dry that it just sucked the moisture out of my mouth. The “strawberry BBQ sauce” was essentially some fruit flavoring mixed with ketchup and worstershire. Secondly, there where no none meat opinions other than the salad bar. My dad is a pescatarian and we don’t normally expect much from most places, but most places have at least one or two things he can eat. Overall the experience was not very good. I do not recommend going.

Food to price is excellent and the food is very delicious. Staff are friendly and someone in the kitchen lines to sing. Great place to visit for any age. My teenagers loved the activity room (pool table, ping ping, etc)

The chef needs to learn about salt and portions—my wifes spaghetti has pasta for 3 and sauce for 1/2—but the sauce was good. My steak was so bland that had I not been starving I would have left it on the plate–it was cook correctly however

Right off the highway as you’re passing through, don’t miss this place. Doesn’t look like much but it has some great menu items you’ve never had before. Stop in and enjoy I was pleasantly surprised.

Gravy fries were soggy and the gravy was so cold it was gelatinous.
Open face burger was cold as well.
Wife got a sandwich and they completely left off the bacon.
