Everyone has their own experience. Depends on who’s there and the time of day really. But today I had a rough but then wonderful experience. The pizza had no cheese in a couple spots. Probably wasn’t their fault maybe the oven. But not only did they fix it and make it right they let me keep the other stuff crust plus the new one and offered me a free 2 liter. Now this is how you fix a customer complaint. Meanwhile McDonalds give me 3 sauces instead of 4 when the sign says 4 and they throw a fit over 25 cents. These guys made my order right and let me keep the pizza that wasn’t right but still edible. Thank you dominos for having better customer service than most. It goes a long way to just be understanding and nice.

I ordered from this Dominos toward the end of ‘ice panic’-era after having seen a handful of cars and neighbors ‘out and about’.
Unfortunately, when I had noticed it should be about delivered, I saw the driver was stuck in the middle of street about two doors away in ice.
I made contact and honestly he was super calm (more than I would be) about his situation. I took my pizza inside and then went back out to help with some random objects, but to no avail. His co-worker shows up and we all get the car out.
I still feel ‘bad’ about the situation, but they displayed exceptional customer service, teamwork, and perseverance against unordinary challenges to generate as much business as possible, while still keeping their cool.
As a owner/GM/customer, this is exactly what you want to see out of your team. I just wanted a couple pizzas on my doorstep, but walked away impressed with this stores staff, and experience I probably wont forget soon.

Great customer service, not so good at making pizzas. I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. I didn’t get either. Looks like I ordered ordered a pizza with no sauce and light on the cheese and toppings. The young lady that made pizzas that night was in a zone. I watched the young lady make every pizza the same way. She would get a pinch of each toppings, sprinkle on pizza then pick a good percentage of it back off pizza and put back in the the container. Pizza was so dry and skimpy on the toppings I couldn’t swallow a bite I chewed of it without water. I almost went to the grocery store to by pizza sauce to add to pizza, because this wasn’t edible. I will never go back to this location again. $40 worth of baked bread with no sauce and no toppings. V

This place never gets the pizzas right. I make the same order weekly and they get it wrong about 70% of the time. It truly doesn’t make sense, read the order and do it right.
I’ve called the manager and they act like I did something wrong even though this is almost a weekly issue. How do you get a Buffalo chicken pizza wrong every week?
The manager acted like a child and kept huffing and puffing on the phone. Absolutely disrespectful and rude, I can’t believe he’s still a manager – he’s terrible.

I ordered a large pizza with extra toppings, when i got the order there were hardly any toppings than the regular one, bit when i called and spoke with them I got a replacement. But still i think extra toppings means more toppings on a pizza.Thank you for your service.

Be VERY careful ordering online from here. I ordered delivery and was charged twice, and still did not receive some of my items. Always double check your bank account.
After recieving the incomplete order, I called and was told they would send the driver back out with the missing items. 30 minutes passed and no one came.
So I called again, only to be placed on hold for an additional 5 minutes.
I hung up and called back, which they answered immediately (shocker).
She said she voided one of my transactions and since no one could get ahold of the driver, I just offered to come pick it up (this is about the point where I regretted tipping the first time).
So at this point, I ordered delivery well over an hour ago. By this time, I had to go to the store to pick up anyway and basically paid the delivery fee for no reason.
As it stands, I’m out $50+ (double what I expected to pay) and they said they could not give me a return receipt for the supposedly voided transaction. Time will tell if I get my money back, and if I do, I’ll add a star to my rating. But because I had to go to the store myself AFTER ordering delivery, nothing could make the experience worth more than that. I did misplace one item, and the other item I did received after driving myself there and picking it up at the store. So after it was all said and done, I did get a complete order. But the amount of time and effort I had to go through for that was not worth it.
And on top of everything else, I will have to reheat everything because at the end of the journey, 2 hours later, everything is of course ice cold. Incredibly disappointing experience, but I do appreciate the $15 coupon they offered for next time at least.

Pizza was completely burnt when I went to go pick it up and they had skimped on the pasta. Not even half full of noodles. A joke. Don’t come to this location unless you wanted to be disappointed.

We don’t order pizza too much these days. We decided to go with the tried and true Domino’s Pizza. It is usually on par and suffices a pizza craving. When ours arrived, it was literally picture perfect. Funny though, I didn’t take a picture! I wish I would have. But that wasn’t the only thing great about it. It was put together perfectly! I mean all the toppings hit just right, and the sauce was perfect. Kudos to this Domino’s for going above and beyond and caring about their product. GREAT JOB! This was ordered on Dec. 4 and picked up around 7 pm. We ordered a NY style Pacific Veggie.
