The burger was juicy and loaded with flavor, and the fries were some of the best I’ve had—crispy, salty, and served in a paper bag like old times. I liked that you can customize your toppings without any extra charge. What I didn’t love was how loud it got inside, and the wait felt longer than expected even though it wasn’t super busy. Also, the prices seemed a bit steep for a fast-casual spot, but hey, at least the food delivered

Messy messy burgers that are juicy and get all over the place. The standard Burger is double patty. The fries are pretty decent with a nice touch of salt and are very generous with each order. The multi-flavored self-service Coke machines are great.
Don’t forget the free unshelled roasted peanuts at the door.
A cheeseburger fully loaded with small fries and a small drink would provide you a complete meal and a full day’s worth of calories! Totally satisfying.

I usually have lunch at one of the 5 Guys Burger branches, and as usual today, I placed my regular order, which is clearly shown on the receipt. Whether the order is a combo or not, the price remains the same. Then I ordered a drink , and unexpectedly, the cashier requested that I pay the full price for the drink separately. I handed her the receipt to verify, explaining that the price does not change whether it’s part of a combo or not. She insisted that I hadn’t paid for the drink and stated that this is the policy at this location.
I was disappointed by the time wasted during this misunderstanding. I would like to express my concern regarding the lack of consistency in service and the inconvenience caused, which reflects poorly on customer experience. I kindly advise reviewing the procedures to ensure clarity and fairness in transactions, and I regret having to spend valuable time resolving such a matter. For the sake of efficiency and customer satisfaction, I would recommend improving staff training and communication to better respect customers’ time and expectations.

Overall It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious. My burger was excellent. My boyfriends BLT was kind of dry. I love the fact that they give us a huge amount of fries.

It was my first time trying out the five guys burger and fries honestly, overpriced I paid $14 for a cheeseburger no fries no drink. Still in-N-Out is one of the top burgers in the state definitely In-N-Out very affordable way more tastier, and fresh. Sorry, five guys this is my honest opinion !!

Decent made to order burgers at this location. They give you a massive amount of fries and free peanuts while you wait. Service is pretty good and food comes out quick for being cooked to order. Parking is easy in SSC.

First of all..it’s way overpriced for that area I expect more for this .. I bought 3 meals for my guys. We asked for a basic burger and some drinks. They charged me about $60 and gave them a tip of $3. Now I regret giving them the tip…After I had purchased my food they didn’t bother to tell me there was no ice machine working for your drinks. I see customers walking in & buying food then they come to realize there is no nice for your drinks diet. Not even bothered to tell the client there is no ice!!..
Second customer service was horrible not even a single smile at that place. The cashier guy seems like he doesn’t want to be working there.
Third they gave me my food like a Garbage mess.
Don’t go there it is not clean.
Machines don’t work.

Delicious burgers and fries. Cool AC in doors and shaded outdoor seating. Unlimited fountain drinks. Just a note that they do not serve any chicken. Plaza parking. Food are made quickly. Bathrooms available.
