This is our second time visiting this location tonight (we go to many Freddy’s from here to Kentucky, and this is the first review I have ever left) and we were beyond impressed by the service and kindness from a very nice gentleman named Victor, and an incredible woman Isha! They exceeded any expectation we could ever have at a fast food restaurant. They left such an impression that I made it absolutely necessary to find out their names and get on here and actually leave a review!

Food was done perfectly, everyone ordered something different, and everyone was happy with their meal. We sat outside and realized they needed to work on the seating area. Make it bigger and have a little wind blockage. Also, a place like Freddy’s needs music playing. Open up the wall to the kitchen to let us see our food being made. I don’t have one bad word about the food, to be honest. Just the atmosphere.

Update 3rd time here: I love the Cheese Curds. ($2 upcharge from the fries with the meal. They were worth it.) ❤ I am in love with the Prime Rib steakburger! Last time I tried the Turtle Sundae & it was very good. // My first time here. I ordered the Prime Rib burger, which has sliced prime rib on top of 2 flattened burgers, with Swiss cheese, grilled onions & mushrooms, & a garlic sauce. DELICIOUS! Better than I expected! I don’t care for shoestring fries. I’ll order a different side next time. My partner got the Patty Melt, which he liked. They had a nice soft drink selection, including Pepsi Zero Sugar. The service was good. The restaurant, including restroom was clean.The dining room is appealing, reminds me of 1950’s decor. We’ll be back!

I’m always disappointed coming here. The burgers and sandwiches are good but they are always very sloppy. Onion rings are good, but the fries are just terrible. They are already shoestring which aren’t the best and they cook them too long so a lot of them are hard and nothing left in them. They Never, Ever get the frozen custard right. You ask for vanilla, and you always get chocolate. Mix ins are never blended well. Not the worst place, but they definitely have some work to do!!

Went through the drive-thru tonight. Had a great experience. The Freddy team members were fast and quick. The young lady at the window was helpful and friendly. She was needs a raise because she is the face of Freddy’s and is taking that position seriously.
Our order was correct and the food was hot. In fact, the entire team needs a raise. Keep up the good work!

the person on drive thru this evening was the sweetest person ever. we had a large order and lots of questions and she answered them all quickly and even apologized for the wait on our food (and it didn’t even take that long, less than 5 minutes). 10/10 customer service for sure. food was also delicious!

Food was good, staff is friendly, but the downside is the tables are always dirty. They have a lot of employees working but none in the dining area. I had to wipe my own table off just to have a place to sit and the trash is always full. Definitely not a good experience.

Went back with the kids the other day, Definitely a huge improvement from the last review. Food was good and fresh. They had clean tables and I seen someone in the dining area wiping tables off, the trash wasn’t full. Staff is always friendly. Ya’ll definitely get 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

Yummy chicken sandwich and onion rings! Bacon Cheeseburgers, fries and cheese curds loaded with chili and cheese! Take home frozen custard!
It’s a bit frustrating when they are frequently out of items, today diet Pepsi and pecans (for turtle sundae), a week or so ago, cheese curds, plus many tables are usually dirty.

Dirty dirty dirty and food was cold… there has been a drastic change with this location. The parking lot used to be clean now there is trash everywhere. When you look inside the drive in window the counters are filthy, like they haven’t been cleaned for quite some time. The food was cold and the cheese curds quantity was ridiculous for the price literally 7 curds for a medium order. Asked for jalepeno sauce and they gave ketchup….
