They have no forks to eat with but she was very nice she had knife to eat my beans and rice with and they didn’t give me any hot sauce don’t drive though go in I had twice just to get my meal right.

The food is as expected for a tacobell but this location is horrible about getting orders correct. Because they have gotten orders wrong so many times when we use the drive through we park in the parking lot to double check orders before heading up the ridge. Eating in I haven’t had such an issue with the order being correct, but through the drive through my orders on average have been off 1/3rd of the time.

TB in Red Bluff is always good and deserving of 4 stars…
What took it over the top (5 STARS) was the following:
I requested my order to be taken at the counter. The nice young lady (Eva) asked me if I could do it at the kiosk. I asked for her assistance, which she gladly gave me.
We had small talk all the while the order was being selected….
I’m not a fan of the kiosk, but she made the ordering process fun….
4 stars for food, extra star for great hospitality!

I ordered my food through DoorDash and I KNOW that DoorDash didn’t do this. But this is unacceptable. Not only broken and poorly made but also missing ingredients. This isn’t the first time either!
I haven’t ordered in a while because it’s just badly made every time. I get their busy but PLEASE pay attention to what you’re making because this isn’t it!!!

Spent $40 on tacobell. My boyfriend lives 3 minutes from home. We had 4 chalupas, 4 tacos and a chicken quesadilla. Tacobell, what is this? Why do you handle your food like this? Do you think your customers want to open up your product and eat this?? This is not okay and if I could give you no stars I would. It was soaking wet, cold, broken and something I would be embarrassed to give another person… We are not eating here again. This was disgusting..

I am a DoorDash delivery driver and I am leaving this 1 star rating due to horrible customer service. Employees are slow at their work pace and very demanding and it comes off to me as rude. Taco Bell always has DoorDash orders sitting on their table minutes after being bagged, all that needs to be done is adding a seal and handing out the order. Instead of handing the order to dashers they talk amongst each other while dashers patiently wait! There is a problem with this specific Taco Bell where if you do not walk in with your hot bag they will tell you the customers complaints are your fault and that the food is cold due to drivers not bringing in bags. This is literally impossible for food to get “cold” just from walking the order to my car and putting the food in my hot bags! I have been a dasher for quite sometime now and I tried to explain to employees that I do not work for Taco Bell, and I did not feel comfortable bringing my bags in because they get dirty sitting on counters. Soda spills, sauces on table, even food left behind. Also this isn’t a very clean location! If you can’t respect dashers then please provide dashers with hot bags at YOUR cost! It is also NOT a requirement for us to walk inside your store with our hot bags! If you would like to make it a requirement please contact DoorDash and ask how you can do so.

And they have fallen again. Getting orders wrong and making it badly when its right. Charging for a single taco on free Taco Day and not adding anything else to a dish when they have run out of the necessary ingredients for it. They were doing good for a while but they apparently decided that was a bad idea. Definitely not coming back for a while.
