This is the worst Jersey Mike’s location I have ever been to. I didn’t receive part of my order (made a month ago), and I still haven’t been able to receive a refund. Was offered points.
Sandwiches are never made the way ordered through the app. Consistently dry, not fresh ingrediets, cold cuts cut way too thick. Just drive to Blue Point or even better go to one of the many delis near by. Stay away from Jersey Mike’s Bohemia location.

Recently went to Jersey Mike’s to get a regular sandwich because I work over at the post office up the block from it and have been there a lot. The owner is incredibly nice guy. Very personable. His manager there. She is rude and needs better training with the public. I came in with a coupon that didn’t expire until December of this year. 2025 clearly states it there. One of my co-workers gave it to me when I came back from vacation. When I went in and ordered my sandwich she looked directly at the coupon not quick. She read it and looked at me and said this is expired. I said are you sure? I don’t believe it is. She said yes. Crumpled it up and charged me for the sandwich. I went back out to my car to the other two pieces that were connected to the free sandwich. They did not expire until December 31st 2025 when I went back in to ask for a refund she rolled her eyes at me and when I tried to explain she turned her back to me and walked away. She’s very rude. She gets very upset when she has to help the older woman who’s making a sandwiches and who happens to be a doll. Every time she has to turn around to help cut some meat, cut some cheese she puts on an attitude. She can’t smile and she’s done this on more than one occasion. I’m very disappointed because it’s nice to have a Jersey Mike so close to my job and like I said we had the opportunity to meet the owner when it was opening up and he is an extremely nice man and sadly this reflects on him. The food there is amazing. The older woman who makes the sandwiches is so nice and polite but this lady who’s the manager needs to learn how to smile and how to be polite and how to apologize not just throw a receipt at you and turn your back and walk away when you get called out on something. Very unprofessional and I will make sure not to show up when she’s there and if she is I will take my business somewhere else

First time at this new location. Employees were very nice and the sandwich was fantastic as always . For hot sub I recommend the “Big Kahuna Cheesesteak and for cold sub I recommend the “Club Sub”. Employees worked very fast during lunch rush.

Heard a lot about Jersey Mike’s so I figured I’d give it a try, the flavoring was good, but I got An Italian hero, it was a pretty weak sandwich, 50% bread, 40% lettuce and tomato, 10% meat. the whole bottom of the bread was un edible 15 minutes later when I got to my destination because of how much oil and vinegar they put on it. That was my first time in Jersey Mike’s and most likely will be my last. Definitely last at that establishment.

I ordered a Mike’s sub with their app. When I got there, I was surprised to find that the building was where a restaurant called The Normandy Inn used to be. They rebuilt the building in a similar style as the old restaurant. The sub was great, up to their usual high standards.

Not even a little better that subway. Don’t believe the hype. Both are not bad. Both are not good. They are pretty much equal. There are local shops nearby. For 1 or 2 dollars more, you can get a good meal.

Chill employees really nice guys, soda was good too. But what ruined it was when they dropped a piece of meat on the floor, washed it with some water, and put it back in their meat case with the other deli meats. Straight up walked out. Absolutely gross and i will be contacting someone to come in there and inspect that place.

Called to let them know an uber driver stole my food and they could care less.
It’s happened twice at this location already.
They don’t make the driver confirm the order so it’s easy to steal. Won’t get my business in person or online anymore. What a joke.

The worker at this Ronkonkoma location over stuffed a mini bag with 2 bags of chips, 3 sandwiches, a drink, a box of cookies and a container of pickles and got an attitude when I asked for a new, bigger bag due to the possibility of my bag breaking with the food in it on my way to the car. She then proceeded to throw my food into the larger bag while her coworker just watched as my mood switched and looked sorry for how her coworker reacted.

My friend got terrible food poisoning, and when she called to at least inform them to warn others, they didn’t seem to care 1 bit. So do yourself a favor and avoid the food poisoning and the attitude and go somewhere else for a much better sandwich.
