Edit to post: we ALL woke up sick as dogs this morning! Stomachaches & throwing up. Never again will we go back to KFC in Jefferson!
Ordered a bucket of 6 piece chicken, 6 piece tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac and cheese, 4 biscuits. Added 4 more biscuits and potatoes wedges with cheese on the app. When my husband got there, he grabbed and went home instead of checking. They forgot our potato wedges and cheese. Okay no big deal, I’ll call up there and just go grab them. Had to call 5 times and when I finally got someone to pick up they had the worst attitude, like me calling was inconvenient. Told the lady what I was missing and she stated “I told them to tell you that we didn’t have the queso cheese”…… Nobody informed me of anything ma’am, “oh cause we got busy” mind you, I’m sitting in the parking lot in my car waiting on my husband the first time & there was NOBODY INSIDE EXCEPT WORKERS and TWO cars in the drive thru. I said okay, well can you refund the money? “No because I ordered on the app”. Okay that’s fine, can we come back and get the wedges and some other type of cheese? “Yes, we’ll get that ready for you” okay, I’m like 7 mins away from y’all.
My husband gets back to the store after waiting 20 mins are the call, they don’t have any potato wedges ready AT ALL. He had to wait for at least 25/30 mins ON POTATO WEDGES AND A BOWL OF CHEESE.
Needless to say, this was our first and last time going to this KFC. The food was sopping with grease, the portions of the sides BARELY fed my 3 children (nope, none for me and hubby) and overall the experience was TERRIBLE.
Wasted money on disgusting food. Heard disgusting attitudes. Felt very uncomfortable at their place of work.

10 min wait at walkup just for otder to be took followed by another 15min wait for food. Definitely avoid going inside if you can. Literally no cars in driveway btw

They were out of breasts and wings. Their ice machine did not work. I waited 20 minutes. The cashier told me she would check on my order and did not prior to carrying a bag outside to another customer. That customer brought the bag back in because it was the wrong order. The cashier did apologize and gave me a free drink. The functionality of how they were operating was discombobulated.

This has to be the WORST KFC location on earth!
Food looked so damn nasty that I didn’t even eat it! (See photos) the gravy was thick like hard mud!!! the mash potatoes and Slaw both had a foul smell like they weren’t kept at the correct temp or like they were prepared several days ago!
Question for Corporate Department: how is it that you can see all these bad reviews and STILL don’t do nothing about it..???!!! Some of these bad reviews are saying the exact same thing just from different customers.. Maybe the general manager should be replaced, then bring in one who really cares about food quality and customer service! That will change the staff’s performance! Employees are following what their manager is teaching them! And right now this place SUCKS BAD.

The Chicken is Always soggy and the breading is falling off the chicken it tastes and feel terrible and squishy. Popeyes could never let that happen or Churches or Bojangles. Kfc is the bottom of the bottom there is nothing under it.

My family and I visited the establishment at 7:15 p.m. to purchase an item for our child. Unfortunately, we encountered extremely unprofessional behavior from the employees, particularly the individual depicted in the accompanying image. After receiving our food, they abruptly slammed the window shut and, while I was checking my order, insisted that I leave immediately. I was taken aback by their inappropriate conduct. Moments later, they threatened to call the police if we did not move promptly.
To my dismay, I later discovered that an item was missing from our order, necessitating a return to the drive-thru. The staff remained discourteous, instructing us to pull to the front door. I strongly advise against visiting this location, as they are poorly stocked and display a lack of respect towards customers.

Their menu is literally half way falling apart and the one box they have out there on the menu for the Taco Bell side I ordered for my niece
They charged me and gave me the wrong box. And then proceeded to argue with me about me knowing the menu.
No your menu is half way missing so I ordered one of the only items on there. Lol.
If I could give 0 stars I would as a server and ex drive through employee that place is a joke and it looks disgusting on the inside and outside

We ordered at 1:03 and i had to walk up to the counter after everyone that came in behind us already got their food and left. Asked where was our order cause it had already been 25 minutes since we ordered. Then it took 10 more minutes for us to actually get our food. Then had to go back up cause the order was wrong and was also missing things we actually ordered. Chicken tenders and my husband’s chicken sandwich was dry and not hot at all. Another customer had waited just as long and they got his order wrong also. We will never go back there and that’s sad cause when we go to Athens and then start back home we always made that our stop for lunch
