Hair in my food, rude customer service. they got onto my boyfriend like he was a kid when looking at a ticket on a bag to see if it was ours on the TOGO rack (we ordered TOGO). I don’t see why that mattered as I didn’t even get what I ordered to begin with.

2 cooks – no hand washing, one consistently playing with his phone while cooking, never said hello to any customers, only communication was just foods ready, the food was bland at best very watery- dripping while trying to eat the sub and the ice cream was literally slop in a cup, clearly there’s a problem with the temperature control, was told – this is all I have.
Terrible customer service – no wonder the place was empty at lunchtime 12:30.
Wasn’t offered a refund- the lady didn’t speak good English and she walked off.

Ordered at kiosk, requested meat, cheese, onion and bun. Remove all else. Staff even assured me no peppers lettuce or mayo. Sandwich was swimming in mayo and covered in lettuce and peppers. Inedible! I work long shifts and am lucky if I can catch a place for a warm meal before it closes. Place closed after I picked up so I cannot even get a redo or refund. Going hungry, but please avoid this location so you don’t go hungry as well.

Food is always good but the 2 ladies working ignored me, the tablet at the front doesn’t fully work and take rewards for some reason, so went to the register, was ignored by one lady cause she was on her phone. Other lady comes out of the back and just ask “what do I want” no hello or sorry for the wait. I proceed to order. As im wrapping up my order a couple walks in looks at the kiosk and then after my order the lady walks away from the register as this couple walks to it (it’s like 2 steps away) I get my food decently fast but the couple was still left without anyone helping them. Not sure if it takes 2 people to cook but ok..

The food is great like always, but the service this time was absolutely awful.
Went in after making an online order. Was ignored in the beginning, even after trying to get someone’s attention. After a few minutes, she starts saying yes with a smile, but she was looking at a coworker not me, so I didn’t think anything of it. She then snaps at me and says yes in a really huffy tone, making me realize she was talking to me.
I apologize and say that I’m there to pick up an order. She just sighs, rolls her eyes and says in a really snappy tone “Okay”. I then give her my name and she says “Okay” in the same tone, but a bit louder. She then finishes packing it and drops it on the counter before rolling her eyes and talking to her friend in Spanish and laughing really loudly. I just took my food and left. Just really sad.

Food is great, poor english. The wings literally come with fries. I was charged for fries and the have no idea what drums only means. Hire workers that can read and understand english plz!

This place is such a scam. Barely received any meat on our sandwiches. When I tried calling to complain I was sent to some salesperson for what seemed like a scam program they wanted to sign me up for. When I told them I was only wanting the number to the store to put a complaint in they gave me a bogus phone number to a cable company. And walmart says they have no way to contact them even though they are in their store. They will never receive money from me again.
