Ordered online pickup was nice, but after I got home everything went downhill. The chicken was not cooked properly, biscuits fries was atrocious, mind you I spent well over 50 dollars for this meal. I know KFC can do better because I was a manager at this location 20 years ago. I will not be back this is the third time I have been to this establishment and gotten a poor product. Do better but I guess I see why people go elsewhere for chicken now.

Look, everyone knows what KFC tastes like, right? My review is not about my delicious sandwich & fresh coleslaw, but the customer service! I went through the drive thru without intention to eat KFC on this day, however, I was glad that I did! I pulled up with Tatyana on the speaker. She was friendly and helpful with the decision making of my order because I don’t drink pop.
I pulled up to the window where she continued to be pleasant. In the fast food world, there’s a bad reputation on customer service, but Tatyana raised the bar!

You might want to go-to another location. The staff was very inattentive towards the customers in the lobby waiting to order and those in the drive-thru. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru I parked to go inside simply because it had to be faster but no. As I walked in I noticed the counter was in total disarray. While waiting 7 minutes for someone to take my order I had some time to look around. As you can clearly see the dinning room tables have not been whipped off in some time as well as the floor has not been properly mopped. The employees looked through me as if I was attempting to place an order. They were busy joking with each other. Several came from a side room as if they just came off a break but no. They were having a pow wow about something that wasn’t about servicing customers. For a better customer experience I would suggest going to another location.

Today was the second time I had issues with an order I placed online. When I arrived to pickup my food well after the pickup time the food was not ready. The young lady at the register got my order wrong and the manager had to fix it. This young lady previously got my order incorrect the same way she did this time. I don’t know why the manager doesn’t show her how to read the receipt properly. I showed him the receipt she printed out and he got my order correct based on that receipt.

Went in to wait for a DoorDash order. Waited 15 minutes and still was ignored. People came in after me, ordered and left with their food before i was even looked at. Terrible service
