This one is awful…they over charge elderly people. Woman before us said they charge her 1.00 for a drink and they kept yelling at her it’s 2+ for a drink …they can’t read a sign that is posted on their windows 32.00 for pretty much half empty sides and the wrong chicken … Tackle box 5.99 pls tax…no drink charged me for every side I pointed out the signs 10 times ( maybe they can’t read ) I don’t know but if my mom wasnt w me I would have just left …run far from this place

The minute I walked into Popeyes, I was greeted right away with a warm welcome. The chicken tenders and apple pie were absolutely delicious, and the fries were amazing. The customer service stood out to me, everyone was friendly and professional. The manager, I believe his name was Aqeel, was so helpful with the Popeyes app and even helped me get a great chicken deal! The restaurant was spotless, and I noticed the staff often cleaning tables to keep everything fresh. The whole place had such a great mood and environment. Definitely one of my favorite spots!!!! 5/5 recommend!!!!

While the food at Popeyes is always great, what stood out on my last visit was the exceptional service. The team member at the counter was so friendly and patient, answering my questions with a smile and making some excellent recommendations. This Popeyes isn’t one that I go to a lot I have one closer to home but I like the drive thru better I like the actual store better too. It’s small and cozy and the decor and lighting is really nice. The employee at the drive thru was so nice and there was no line and our food was ready fast.

I witnessed several practices that raise concerns about both food quality and customer care. Food was sometimes held for long periods before being served, and I observed staff handling food without gloves. On multiple occasions, chicken that should have been fresh was reused instead of discarded.
Customers who ordered regular chicken were often given spicy chicken without being informed, simply because the kitchen frequently miscalculated how much regular chicken was needed and did not have enough prepared. In addition, when unsweet tea was not brewed, a mixture of sweet tea and water was served in its place. This is especially concerning for guests with health conditions, such as diabetes, who rely on accurate information about what they are drinking.
I personally saw returned orders placed back on the rack instead of being thrown away, which made me question food safety standards. On top of that, customer service was inconsistent, with some employees showing a noticeably unpleasant attitude.
Wait times were another frequent issue. Orders larger than a four piece often took 10 to 20 minutes, which is unusually long for a fast-food setting.
From what I experienced, this location would benefit from stronger oversight, better training, and a higher commitment to both food safety and customer respect.
