Bussin had that server by the entrance first time I’ve been sat and food came out fast and streaming hot. Definitely will be asking for her again. Unfortunately can’t recall her name but. She said “ your my table “ that’s why it came out hot and fast. Safe to say. I tipped a $10. Not a lot but hey definitely appreciate when someone gets the job done and is there to attend to you. Many servers get mad and expect big tips. She’s humble and polite. She’ll go places.

The food was so great but I paid $80 before tip for a pound of snow crab and shrimp, feel like I definitely get way more at surfing crab for a better price and it’s always good. what made it so expensive is I added 2 eggs and 2 extra potatoes bc it only comes with two potatoes and not much sausage in the boil. I love the potatoes so I didn’t mind I also went during lunch and there was no special. Definitely great food just overpriced for the portions

I’ve been coming to Laughing Crab for years and usually enjoy my experience, but today was disappointing. The pickles were extremely hard and when I asked my server if the whole batch was prepared that way he confirmed they were. My seafood also tasted watered down, and the side of rice I ordered for my child was undercooked as if not enough water had been used. Service was also slower than expected, despite the restaurant not being very busy. I typically tip around 18%, but today I only left $5 due to the lack of attentiveness. I’m not sure what’s going on in the kitchen, but the quality and service were not up to the standard I’ve come to expect here. Because of these experiences, I’ve decided to stick with takeout orders which have been much more consistent. I really hope management can address what’s happening in the kitchen and with the staff and I say this because the last time I ate here and was attended by a male again I had a similar experience he didn’t get tipped so once I left he went outside for a smoke break and complained about no tip smh

I’ve always gotten the king crab when I’ve came here and this time the crab seemed to have a hard layer around the meat (not the shell). I’m not a professional but I thought it was over cooked. Really sucks buying a $80 crab and not being able to eat it because it taste horrible. I’ve always loved the king crab here it was just really tough. We would go there 3-4 times per year. Now we’re going to try different spots instead of this one due to performance.

One word to sum up my WHOLE 1st time experience at the Laughing Crab, “Yummy!”. Stopped in to get a few drinks and try their Crab, Shrimp and Sausage Boils. Their Mild All Seasoning had me craving more. Tried their Cocktails: Sex on the Beach, Mermaid Water and Blue Ocean Tea with Side Shot Top Shelf Tequila. All hit the spot and very reasonably priced. Restaurant was very Cozy, Clean with the Crabby… the Vibe that is. Music was Rocking and our Waitress was very Friendly and made some great recommendations. Will be back Laughing Crab and that is no laughing matter… lol. No Pun intended. Coming back for that Beer Tower… .. . too Cool!!!

This is my first time sitting at the bar, I usually get to go. Literally, George was the bartender/waiter and when I tell you it gives Dallas vibes easily! This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure my food was good and to make sure my drinks were on point. George was also friendly and held the bar down when it was full. I love my condiments and he made sure I had def everything I needed! I don’t do alot of reviews but his service gave he ran the show and how much business at the bar thrives. He has made my experience a 10/10.! Thank you George!

Located on the outside of Broadway Square Mall. They have plenty of parking. The waiter was very polite and helpful. He even had the cook remake some of the orders because he said it didn’t look right. The fried catfish and shrimp are very delicious. We also had chicken wings, hush puppies and gumbo. Everyone enjoyed the food and said it was all very delicious. They also have margaritas and other menu items as well. The location was a twisted root burger company before. Hope to visit again soon.

Order was underseasoned. Called to see why there was more oil than seasoning. I know how it usually comes.( Usually on point). I called got hung up on. Came up there and was told by (lady)manager at front it will be a minute they would make it fresh. Guy from back came out was nice from management. Get back home and they gave us the same food and only added seasoning to one bag. Then some of the food was switched from one bag to the next one. Because what initially was ordered didnt have all the same thing in the bags. Full of oil. I called the guy in management got on the phone and said they take the food and only add more seasoning they dont remake it. So, food is now cold. Said,” I dont know why she told you that it would be made fresh.” I won’t be returning its not the same as before. Don’t like how front desk/ (lady)manager lying for each other to upper management. If I knew they was going to give me back the same food I would have got my money back. Ill keep my money at home from now on.
