This Wendy’s was hands down one of the dirtiest fast food places I’ve ever stepped into. You’re forced to order from grimy self-serve kiosks—no human interaction at all—and every screen was covered in fingerprints and grime. The “fun” self-serve soda machine? Sticky, messy, and clearly hasn’t been cleaned in days.
The entire restaurant was repulsive. Every table inside was sticky, covered in crumbs, and hadn’t been wiped down. The floors were filthy, littered with food, napkins, and other debris. The outdoor dining area was just as bad—tables and chairs smeared with spilled drinks, melted ice cream, and leftover food.
As for the food? Don’t get your hopes up. Fries came in half-full containers (if you’re lucky), and while the burgers looked okay, the whole experience made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. If the front of house is this bad, I don’t even want to imagine what the back looks like.
This place needs a serious deep clean—or a visit from the health department. Absolutely do not recommend.
Update: I was the only one to not order anything from here yesterday, and the only one to not feel ill.

This was the single worse meal we have received from this Wendy’s. We both ordered Big Bacon Classic because we like the fresh veggies. There was zero lettuce on either of our burgers…..they were cold…and had so much mayo they gushed out of the wrapper and got all over us and the car…also the buns and wrappers dissolved from it….the fries were cold as well…..will be a long time before we return to this location!

Honestly right now I’d give less than 1 star if I could. Just went to order some food and the lobby is closed 8:35 am. They don’t open until 9 even though internet says they are open, should say drive thru only! I walked over from work on my break. Atmosphere has definitely gone downhill, burgers have been questionable as far as last few times. Commented on survey then no one cares to contact us back. Just going to stop all together with this place. I was wanting to take food with me, but oh well. I will definitely be sharing with co-workers this tidbit of bs

Welcome to the new Wendy’s. People make your food, but they don’t serve it. Order at a self-serve kiosk or on the app, serve your own drink (but they do have the good machine!), and pick up your own order. Everything is clean and sterile, but missing the down-to-earth feel of Wendy’s.

We ordered a burger and French Fries. I ordered a large Fry and got less than half a fry box. My husband had to order 3 times and still had to do the order over for a fourth time because they had no clue as to what was going on. This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! We made sure for the rest of our week long vacation that we went to eat at other places since this Wendy’s was so terrible.
