The manager and staff working tonight, 3/3/2026 around 5:30 ish or so, were extremely courteous and good spirited given the rush they were in. I had an extremely large order for my home and 15 other roommates and they handled it well, with courteous service, positive attitude, and even fairly prompt order time, given the busy hour. Shout Out to everyone working tonight!

AJ at the register was amazing with his customer service. He assisted me and my boyfriend with not only good customer service but he was engaging feedback. Make sure our order was correct very friendly, warm and inviting because of him we would possibly return.

Ordered a Whopper meal w Vheese No onion. Spoke to a manager on the phone after my whopper had no cheese and had onions. They took my full name and said they wrote it down and to come back through at some point to get it replaced when I was able next as I told them I’m rarely on this side of town. Just came to grab it tonight because I was over that way & just got off work. The manger was so rude in the background for no reason, I gave them my name and they had an attitude. I asked if they saw my name and order written down & they said “they don’t remember but we’ll give it you anyway” with an attitude. I worked at BK for 3.5 years & we had a book we wrote this stuff down in. It’s not a “well they don’t remember” type thing. Smh. Made me feel weird like a beggar.
Then I couldn’t remember the size of the meal so they gave me a small… okay then lol yall should have had it wrote down to begin with. After I drove off I remembered it was a large but oh well. Just didn’t appreciate the attitude and unprofessionalism

Worst burger king ever. Went through the drive thru tonight and the lady was rude and had an attitude. Heard her saying I don’t have an attitude but lady you did plus food was cold and gross won’t return to that one ever again. Also I think the manager had an attitude also . So beware of this place ….

Went in to grab a bite to eat.[Too late to cook after swim practice ] The fry cook wipes the sweat off of her face and forehead with the gloves shes handling food with. I asked the cashier to please ask her to change her gloves before handling food. The fry cook in turn yells “Why‼️? I’m just doing what I’m supposed to do” ‼️ I in turn said “Because you`re handling food and you just wiped the sweat off of your forehead and face with the gloves you touch peoples food with”‼️
The manager with a nasty attitude comes to take the order. I now see why there is no level of sanitation when it comes to handling food and correcting her workers .

With pleasure Erica,with pleasure.. Then patronizes me in the most snarky way “Have a great day” ‼️ As she wiped her hands on her pet hair shirt and pants and grabbed the fries for the next order …

Waited almost 30 mins to order, ordered my food and have been waiting for almost 30 more minutes to get my food while everyone else behind me got theirs. Ended up just getting a refund. Was out of what I wanted which was fine but the lady working window was very disrespectful and rude. Other employees were complaining loudly and being rude as well.
