Great food and great service. Julia was really helpful and helping us navigate what to order! Had the Adjaruli boat bread as a starter. So good! Then lamb Kababi and lamb and pork Mtsvadi. I would do 2 order os the kababi and go with the pork Mtsvadi next time. Super delicious baklava and honey cake and topping that off with the Turkish coffee. Super delicious meal and great way to experience some traditional food without the plane trip.

Beautiful place! Amazing Georgian cuisine!
The place is stylish and cozy.
We had chicken (with salad) ginkgo and khachapuri. If we weren’t driving we would definitely have Georgian red wine!
We need something like this place in Seattle!
Table reservations are highly recommended, though they found a table for us two on a Tuesday evening.
They also have a big room for private parties.

Absolutely amazing food. The cheese bread is worth a visit alone. Everything was so bright and flavorful. I’m usually not a huge beet fan, but the beet spread was such a treat. The amber wine was also unique and interesting. We’ll definitely be back.

Been to DEDIKO twice now and it is easily one of my favorite restaurants. It is not everyday you can find Georgian cuisine here (the Eastern European country, not the U.S. state), and I’m told that all the recipes are family recipes from the mother who owns the restaurant. What stands out to me most is how fresh all the food is, which is crucial for how many fresh herbs and veggies are used in the cuisine. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is cozy and warm. Highly recommended if you’re in the Portland or Vancouver areas and looking for a nice night out.

It was a rainy Saturday and we were worried about having an outside table reserved. No worries though, it was cozy with the heat lamps on! Our server was fantastic and always came by to check on us at appropriate times. Food was delicious! We loved the lamb kababi and both types of khinkali, as well as kharcho soup. Pickled beets and cabbage was the perfect complement! Fruit tea was amazing as well!

The waitress was so gracious, giving us suggestions on the food and wine selections. When she found out it was our first visit, she recommended that we order “family style” and try a variety of foods. We are so glad we took her advice! We shared a Tiflis salad, chicken Mtsvadi, Lobio pot, and Adjaruli cheese bread. Everything was delicious, and service was exceptional. A mistake they made was quickly rectified, and more than compensated for (they insisted we take a dessert on the house – we were too full to eat it there, so they packaged it up to-go with our leftovers). We highly recommend Dediko, and we definitely be returning!

Awesome meal in a very cozy outdoor patio space – the dip tour was incredible, the ingredients fresh and flavorful. Tarragon was at the center of this experience and I could but be happier with the outcome, the perfect way to wrap up a day at the farmers market!

My husband and I love this restaurant. Even with the new restaurants on the waterfront, we have declared this our favorite in Vancouver. The food is always delicious and the wine is great. We have had the pleasure of getting Julia as our server each time we go. She is a shining star and takes our dinner experience to the next level. We enjoy the hip and cozy atmosphere. We look forward to visiting Georgia someday and hope to find the people as hospitable and the food as good as we find at Dediko. Oh, and don’t miss out on those dumplings!

Thankful for my best friend that introduced me to Georgian food, and this is one of the places that’s worth checking out. Had a great lunch with friends. The khinkhali (dumplings), khachapuri (bread boat with egg and cheese in the middle) are the 2 must dishes to get. Two stars down for the service… Our server didn’t put in 2 orders of the boat bread like we wanted and didn’t refill the water (their water container is really small and 4 people drink fast). Otherwise the food was delicious and the interior is lovely.
