Blown away by this location. Looks to be remodeled, but the inside is immaculate, nice a/c on a hot summer day, very clean. Cool touch screen menu to order from, even during a slight rush my food was ready very fast and the best tasting/freshed BK I ever had!

For the second time I went through the drive-through spent over $35. And only got half the order. I am definitely not going to go there again. They were too busy talking BS rather than taking care of my order. Apparently they don’t need my money.

The past two times iv been here the employees have been so rude. Asked for two plain burgers and only one was plain. We ate inside and They forgot my nieces order, and after 25 minutes after our app said it was should be ready she asked about it and they finally gave her half of it and she has to go back and ask for the rest. They were not friendly what so ever. However I do have to say their kitchen looks very clean

The black girl had such an attitude it was terrible. This place will be closed down before long even though it’s a new restaurant. Food was cold and they had to make it twice you can’t order through the drive-thru you got to go inside to make sure they do their job right. Burger King wasted money building this place. Find new employees what is wrong with you. I wish I had my receipt for that girl’s name. Oh well never go there again.

Pretty Good. I haven’t gone there and had any problems with the food. But be sure to be there early if you are going on a Friday. For some reason the drive thru is PACKED after 5 pm. 9/10

Def the freshest BK location I seen in StL. Nice remodel job. Very contemporary. But not to be too prickly…the whole point of ordering on the mobile app is to minimize contact with the customer and free the employees to do other things. Just make the order and put it in a designated area like they do at McDs and Wendy’s. But at BK, I have to flag down someone to announce my arrival. Easier said than done when they are buzzing around like bees in a hive back there. And then they start on it. I know the McD app has some location technology built in that knows when the mobile user is on premises. And even w/o that tech, just make the order and put it out there. It’s on the customer if they are not present. I can see BK now has a hot plate to keep mobile orders warm. Nice feature, if it’s used.

Food was delicious, hot, and served quickly. Drive-thru had 2 cars in it and the restaurant was empty at 115pm, which was fine with me. My one and only complaint is that I asked for extra pickles and they were all stacked in one spot on my burger instead of spread out. I might give grace and understand if they were slammed and having to rush food out, but the place was a ghost town.
