Had the worst experience with Adriana N. Rude, unprofessional, made us drive around through the drive through twice because we wanted 2 orders (no one else has ever made things that difficult), and made me pay $7 for a tortilla with practically nothing in it even though I only ordered beans on it. She’d rather be spiteful than to make an order with an adequate amount of food. I usually go to this location because it’s close to my house, but from now on will specifically drive out of my way to go to the one of the other further locations with much better service, and recommend any of my friends and family do the same.

First I asked for all the sauces. I was given only hot. I should have checked before I left. Second I ordered a cheese quesadilla, idk what kind of cheese they use but I don’t think it’s suppose to be saucey, unenjoyable and flat, gross. Idk what happened very unsatisfying.

We’re the beans. I ordered multiple things. Main the bean burrito and beans and rice burrito. My favorite has always been the bean burrito. I used to love the party pack for 1299 with 6 tacos and 6 bean burritos. Customizable your choice. But this visit i wanted nachos and burritos. But look no beans were are the beans can taco bell no longer afford beans. I could of sworn that bean is the cheapest product. Here is a picture of 2 burritos in the middle dried out and missing one key component.

A bit better place than the one off the main gate at Fort Sam. At least one doesn’t have to worry about getting the catalytic stolen by being closer to Alamo Heights area. Just dont like how getting at Taco Bell for two is now 30 dollars. Geez.

At first the encounter was good, people were friendly and all. But got home to find missing food, the chips dumped and scattered at the bottom of the bag and everything was ice cold, I went immediately home from pick up which is just a mile up the road, the food shouldn’t have been this cold. I rarely go to Taco Bell just when I feel like it. My husband got to eat his but I only got one edible thing from my meal since part of my meal was also missing. Never again for this location ugh

Taco Bell is a great fast food Mexican restaurant!
They have some really nice choices to choose from such as burritos, crunchy/soft tacos, and even fries and Cinnabon balls.
I like to eat Taco Bell during my lunch breaks at work, it’s cheap, fast and pretty tasty. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, and will continue to come here to have lunch!
They even got late night cravings meals to choose from if you are more of a night owl! I recommend this place for late night trips too!

We never have issues with our food, but tonight was a different story. One of the burritos we ordered was a BEAN burrito but had almost no beans. It looks as if they put one tiny spoon worth of beans and tried to spread it around to try to cover the inside of the tortilla. I called the store to speak to a manager which the person speaking stated they were, but when I explained what happened they then passed the phone to someone else. The girl was rude stated “so like did you want a remake? Are you going to come back for a remake?” Then proceeded to tell me that I needed to call customer service. I get we all have bad days or make mistakes, but I was polite and just wanted to inform them of how our food was made. She was rude and offered horrible customer service. This was a first as we usually have great experiences at this location. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Stopped by Taco Bell today to get lunch for my daughter’s birthday I was met with an excellent greeting from Miss Theresa who helped me navigate the ordering menus and also let us know about the Cool Ranch experience it was an 11 out of 10 experience and I will be coming back more frequently Teresa is awesome!!!! It was amazing that she felt the need to make sure that we left in a better mood than we went in there with I think Taco Bell should hire more people like Teresa(:

This older couple walks in and they are talking amongst themselves and just about to order when the employee comes around to the front counter and tells them; “Our dining room closes in 5 minutes, you can ONLY take your food to go”
Huh?
I work in the industry, and I am certain that if a customer comes in before those doors are locked you must take care of them as if they had come at 7pm.
The man said he was from out of town Staying at a hotel, and they did not want to eat in the room….
That explains why this place is always empty.
If I was a mystery shopper you would have failed miserably
Why get a job in food if you ate going to be rude?
I just don’t understand how places like this still exist, horrible customer service, edible food so so enjoyable.
