I love to support many of the local coffee shops in town, but this Starbucks opens the earliest which sometimes draws me in. When I stopped there today, I was in a rush on my lunch break, and the lid popped off my latte. I was about to head out the door with little time to spare, but the staff had seen what happened and already made me a new drink. Talk about going the extra mile. And it was delicious.

Drinks good, service good, but NO Christmas or holiday vibes outside the red aprons and red menus/cups. The music was depression inducing. The shelves were bare. They looked like they had just been robbed! Hope you’re ok, Starbucks.

So, a few things to note here…this Starbucks doesn’t have tables inside, which I’ve never seen before. Also, your mobile order says it will be ready in like “21-25 minutes” because apparently this location is really busy even on weekends. When I went in to pick it up, the sandwiches were ready and the drinks were in process. The store employee was nice when updating me and everything tasted good. I just think they need a larger location and staff to keep up with demand.

I always ALWAYS have issues with this place. They always make my order wrong. When I ordered a matcha it was basically milk with clumps of matcha and they lady was so rude when she gave it to me. Also whenever I DoorDash it they order is always wrong and today my coworker just got drink not only wrong but also has a hole on the bottom

I keep giving this location a chance because I live less than a mile away. Every time it either takes forever or the drink is not made like every other location I go to. The picture is a cold brew with a splash of coconut milk and non dairy cold foam. Can’t even taste coffee. Just take the extra 5 minutes and go to the Carothers location.

I went to get an Uber here and they made me wait 35 minutes. They were very indifferent and I didn’t like their service at all. I don’t recommend them at all. I know you won’t see this and fix anything, but please respect people’s time.

Recently if you do online orders be prepared to wait 20 minutes and definitely longer then your quoted time on the app. I don’t feel like it’s because they are short staffed just very chaotic and disorganized.

The Barista was wonderful and the coffee was great, but there were no chairs inside so I had to stand around waiting for my coffee. The outdoor area was riddled with trash and unkempt.

There’s no excuse for a grossly underfilled beverage at this price. I don’t care if the drive through is wrapped around the building, take the extra time to steam more milk so you can deliver at least the bare minimum any of us expects: the amount of coffee we paid for.
