Extremely Disappointing – Poor Service, Bad Quality Food, and Rude Attitude

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The service was painfully slow and unorganized, and the staff’s attitude made it even worse. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they acted like customers were an inconvenience.

The food quality was equally disappointing. Dishes lacked freshness, flavor, and authenticity. What was served tasted nothing like proper Thai and Indian cuisine more like reheated leftovers. For the prices they charge, this is simply not acceptable.

To make matters worse, when we politely raised concerns, the staff responded with defensiveness and attitude instead of trying to fix anything.

There are plenty of great restaurants out there, but unfortunately this is not one of them. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or return.

The food was good. I got a spice level medium, which was a bit too much for me. But the dishes were cooked well and tasted great.

The hostess was not very attentive throughout, which was an issue. We had to keep calling several times before she noticed. They should try to have at least one more person on the floor to help manage.

The hostess was courteous and polite.
After reading reviews I lowered my expectations.
The food was tasty but nothing was fresh.
I ordered Roghan e josh, daal makhni, naan, tanduri roti and chapati just like all other food all the tortia and or pita heated and served
I found out that the restaurant is not own anybody from Indian subcontinent, no wonder.

Dimly-lit place. The Indian food doesn’t taste Indian and service is okay! The mattar-paneer was clearly mattar and paneer in a tomato-puree sauce. The rice was just edible. The aloo parantha was a thick, store-bought paratha which was heated up. Would not recommend for Indian food.
They also add a 18% tip, by default. Only if you check the final receipt, you know that the tip has been added. You’re not given the choice to choose the tip amount.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and it turned out to be the most expensive Indian meal we’ve had so far. There were four of us, and an 18% gratuity was added automatically without any prior notice. The food was average, but given the pricing and experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for Indian food. The restaurant was not busy, with only two parties present, including ours, which made the high cost even more surprising.

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant because we both wanted to enjoy a good meal together. This was the worst experience we have had since we came to Puerto Rico. The meat tasted not fresh, lentil/dal was watery and there’s no flavor; almost like they used the same sauce for all the curry including dal. The worst Indian food I have ever had in my life. The lady server was so rude, we decided not to tip but she says atleast 18% tip is mandatory and we said no, she says, ‘u get what you deserve’ and was fighting for her tip for treating us so bad.
We never really give google reviews, but this time we just want to share our experience

We would never go back there again. That really messed up our day.

Ordered chapati, and chicken curry. Too expensive for the quantity & quality. The waiter was super rude and refused to turn on the air conditioner even after asking for multiple times. The waitress refused to provide any kind of service. The rotis were burnt and the aloo paraatha was gone bad.
The restaurant has this door which needs open wing and we were waiting for the waitress who was near the access key to let us out but she simply turned away even though she saw us wait near the door. The rice tasted stale and the bathroom was unhygienic. The mango lassi smelled funny. When we decided to talk to the manager they just listened and no apologies or anything. I would not recommend any one to go here if you really want to eat anything Indian.

We got there just before the crowds so the service was excellent and fast! In fact, the service was our highlight to the visit. We tried the matar paneer, tandoori rack of lamb, and pad Thai. All were good but we were hoping for a little better. The cardomom ice cream was a highlight! Given that this is an island without much ethnic food from that region and our server was funny and a delight, I’m giving this place 4 stars.

It is not one of the best experiences in service, but it is not the worst either.

On the other hand, they prepare the best Thai Martini I’ve ever tasted, my appetizers, onion & spinach Pakora and Summer Rolls are always delicious.

The flavor of my main dish, the Murgh Tikka Masala and that of my companion, the Chaná Masala and the Indian breads, are very delicious.

Good food good service. But a bit pricey ! 1 cocktail, shared app and main course (which was chicken) about $75 per person.
