Specified legs and thighs only and regular and not spicy. We received all spicy and mixed chicken. This is not the first time this happens. Do not leave the location without checking your order. I also received an alert that the order was ready so we drove there an upon arrival we were told that it wasn’t ready. The app and the screen there specified that it was ready so we had to wait and not even with the extra wait was my order right.

Poor drive through service – Had to change my previous order (the spicy chicken wouldn’t be ready for about 15 min), proceeded to order something else and was told to pull off to park at the side of the building (with a car parked in front of me awaiting their order as well). It made no sense to move my vehicle when there was nobody behind me and no rush. I was met with attitude, when I didn’t move my car, and they wouldn’t process my order or give me the food until I moved. I asked for a refund and was told it would be two days before it processed. I was very upset with the lack of customer service and will not be returning.
TLDR: Poor customer service, drive through people got snippy, I got annoyed and left without food, and have to wait on a refund. Will not be returning.

The Spicy Tenders were perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat. They were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and fresh when served. The flavor was bold without being overwhelming, and they tasted great with the dipping sauce. Overall, an excellent meal!

I ordered a two piece chicken white meat only with cajun fries. And I wanted to try the fried pickles. I was asked to park because they had to make the fried pickles. 18 minutes later they brought out my order. The pickles were supposed to come with ranch, there was no ranch, no ketchup and no napkins. The entire order was cold.
The container that the pickles were in what’s less than half full, as you can see in the picture and compare the level of the pickles and the oil markings on the container. I took pictures as I did not want anyone to think that I ate half the pickles and then took the picture. The fried pickles where 3.49 and the recipe even says ranch on it.
Needless to say, I cannot give them a good rating, because cheating your pick customers, it’s not good business.

I ordered Uber eats from this location and they gave me the smallest pieces of chicken!! In the photos that is a chicken THIGH why in the world is it so tiny?!?! I ordered a 8 piece and every single one of the pieces were of this quality. I’m extremely disappointed because I paid money for this, all the pieces were burnt and tiny. I believe that this location purposely hands out bad quality pieces to deliver orders because they think they won’t complain. This isn’t acceptable!! Do better! I’m sure if they handed out these kindas of pieces to a in person customers they would turn around and demand a refund!

Visited today and order the Classic sandwich, to go as well as the 6 pcs beignets. I didnt check if everything is in there. Arrived home and got only 3 pcs and paid $3.99 also, the fries are soggy! I tried calling but one one’s answering..
UPDATE: A lot better this time. There’s one menu, the chocolate beignet that is listed but not available. The cashier is sarcastic about it. How about try apologizing for what’s not on the menu..
