Ordered 5 large chilis in the drive-thru and maybe got the equivalent of two and a half. All of them were only half full, if that. No sour cream for sour cream and chive baked potato. No sour cream for chili as requested. Always have issues when eating here and never wrote a review until today because I’m over it and won’t be back. Drive thru people are always rude and don’t even respond half the time when you tell them hello or don’t even say a word as they throw your food in the car. Won’t be back anymore. Just ridiculous to spend $30 dollars on a simple thing like chili and can’t even get what we ordered.

I don’t usually get on here and rate food places because i’ve worked fast food my entire life so i understand and get all the stress the team is under! but again working fast food i know what is acceptable and not especially starting from a crew member to become a store manager – This Wendy’s is by far the worst wendy’s in gainesville so sad it’s by my house. I came tonight an hour before close yes i understand it’s late night but really just wanted one item but i sat in the drive thru with no answer from no where not even a hey we are closing early or nothing- Ms girl standing outside the back door smoking a cig was just watching me sit there i dunno just a crazy experience to me i understand no one wants to work but you also gotta understand why that wendy never stays packed

Always something… This time they forgot my large chili. The coke taste water down and my chicken sandwich just didn’t tasted good the tomato was also missing. Not that the employees were unfriendly but seems they hate to be there and are unorganized. You won’t see me there again.

Multiple times I’ve gone to this Wendy’s later. I always check Google for hours and they are posted on the drive thru window, but they stop talking orders an hour+before closing. If you’re not going to be open, just change the posted hours. I’ve worked in food service long enough to know how to manage the Google page and how to scrape a sticker off a window and post one with the correct hours.

Really disappointed in the Service here. Food is often good! Also the earbuds that’s a total health code violation and watched them fall out of there ears…hopefully didn’t land in someone’s food. It all is just disrespectful to try to talk to someone and them have to ask you to repeat yourself 400 times because they’re listening to music.
The Health Department needs to put a stop to it because obviously the manager isn’t.

I pulled into the drive through and waited quite some time, I ended up parking and went inside to order. The kid who took my order didn’t know how to scan the Wendy’s app, he had to get a manager and she was rude! They made my frosty and then waited 15 minutes to ask what my name was and started working on my to go order. There was at least 8 workers, one girl right behind the counter kept dancing around and was not aware of anything to do with customers or helping her team. I was missing food in my bag once I was gone and realized, my order was also made incorrectly. Terrible experience, I even came 2 days prior and things weren’t awful that day. Very slow, undertrained staff, food wasn’t very warm and the fries were very bland. Not to mention my frosty was a liquid by the time I was able to go.
It’s been a month. I went by a few minutes ago. This is what the workers gave me through the drive through. The worker has ice cream on his hands and handed me this liquid/half frozen mess. The service and employees are terrible at this location. They also failed to include sauces in the bag.

I have been going to this wendys 2-3 times a week because my grandson’s want breakfast food on the way to school. However, the quality of the food has gone way down. That put so much mayonnaise on the croissants that it falls out of the side. And never get my order right. I ordered 2 egg and cheese croissants with American cheese and they give me Swiss cheese or sausage, egg and cheese. Also even if I order the same thing as the day before they charge me different. Sometimes it is 2.77 when I get 1 croissant and other times it is 4.48. And when I get a croissant and a coke it is 5.25 sometime and today it was 7.95! When I question it the staff seems to get irritated. So I am going to buy croissants at kroger and American cheese at kroger and make them at home! They will be a better quality product anyway.

Drove 10 minutes to have a meal. Arrived at 7:45 to a locked door. A customer opened the door to let me and another customer in. The staff stated they could not take our order and the dining room was closed because they were short staffed. They are normally open till at least 10. I asked for the manager and he reiterated they were short staff and couldn’t help. There were 5 staff visible which is more than I usually see at this location. The manager was counting out and closing cash drawers rather than helping serve. There was at least one more person in the back mopping the floors as if they were closing rather than taking care of customers. I guess we can all help them out with being short of staff by making them short of customers going forward, then they will not need staff at all. This is the Kroger location on Thompson Bridge Rd. I know it is hard to find good staff, but the staff and manager need to be more concerned with their customers.

Wendy’s, not just this restaurant, has gone so downhill for years now. Seems like everything has shrunk 80%. Always seems dirty and everything just seemed so unclean in general. Chicken sandwich’s are so tiny, feels like their all the size of the value menu crispy chicken sandwiches. Ya know? The ones that was $1.39 years ago. Even if you get the 7 dollar ones that makes a 12 dollar combo, they give you a tiny Pattie and bun, looks like it couldnt fill up tiny lil kids. Burgers are sloppy and tiny. As a guy who grew up loving and eating Wendy’s in the 90’s and early 2000’s, know I can’t be only one who notices this?

I’m hesitant to order from here again. I had a very terrible experience with my mobile order yesterday. Even tried contacting customer service about it however they were closed. Today after work, I tried contacting, this time I was on hold for a very long time. I’m very upset because this experience could’ve gotten my girlfriend sick. She ordered a chicken sandwich, in hopes of enjoying it since we all were hungry. In two bites she found the chicken raw. And it’s really terrible I can’t talk to someone about this, because not only it could’ve been a lawsuit but cause food poisoning to my girlfriend. She thought it was only one part of the chicken until she decided to open it up more, it’s the whole chicken.
