This bakery is filled with delicious goodies and amazing staff members! I go to Sapienza Bakery for all parties, get togethers or just when I’m in the mood for some sweet treats. The best part…… when the weather has been challenging to commute or if I have an emergency, they will take your order over the phone and you pay when you pick up!! I have NEVER been disappointed with anything from this bakery, including the service. There are several bakeries close to me but I would much rather travel a few extra minutes to have the best. They have even been featured on one of the banking shows in TV!! This is a must try establishment, you will be happy you did!

The wedding Cake they made for me came out amazing. It was exactly what we wanted. They delivered it for us which was awesome and the best part was that it tasted amazing. Everyone loved it. Terrible customer service. I had to walk out after 20 mins with a young lady that wasn’t much help. Had no experience… she should not be handling the customers on big orders. They lost a customer and business. First she quoted me on a quarter sheet size birthday cake $185!!!! A basic birthday cake then sheer corrected the price and said it was $70, so from 185 to $70… Didn’t have much suggestions???? I walked out. Sooo frustrating because I had there pastries and cakes before they are pretty good. Need to hire better service. Or train better!!!!!

Amazing birthday cake and cookies for my sons first birthday. I was able to contact Andrew who was so helpful with picking flavors and adding his advise on the cake. Cake and cookies were great and we will definitely be order from here again!

Very very disappointed! Have been ordering cake here for every special occasions every year. But this last time they disappointed me. When my husband went to pick it up, they couldn’t find my order that I placed for my daughter’s birtday. I added some pictures as proof that the order was placed for sure. The lady was very unprofessional to handle this situation, said it wasn’t paid for it. As always I was given the option to pay while ordering or when picking it up. And as always I chose the 2nd option.

This place has changed. Miss the original owner and his wife. They knew how to run a great business – quality of product, customer service, the whole nine yards.
It’s been going downhill ever since. On all fronts. It’s honestly heartbreaking. Hoping new management will step in and change things.
Not holding my breath though – I think the owner’s kid took over and if that’s the case sadly things will only get worse.

After such a great recommendation from a friend I was deeply disappointed. I ordered a cake and specifically said half chocolate, half vanilla. I was extremely surprised how flat the cake was and that the chocolate layer was the thinnest slice ever. My 5 year old daughter has not even tried the cake at her party. I asked the lady why the cake was so flat and she said because I wanted less frosting. I ordered a cake! Not thick layers of frosting and little or no cake! Disappointed. I would not recommend!

I have always loved Sapienza but today I was so disappointed. I bought a cake and it was completely frozen. We couldn’t cut it. Everyone thought it was ice cream cake. When I called to let them know the woman on the phone said “oh yeah we freeze our cakes, we save those for Uber Eats and Doordash. I can’t do anything for you so go on the app to get a refund.”
I was so saddened by her response, by the cake, by the whole thing. Sapienza is not what it used to be.
