I’ve been hearing about this place so I had to give it a try, I wasn’t disappointed although my sandwich was sad looking but tasted good. The sides and everything else was standard so I wouldn’t mind going back and tasting more on the menu. I would recommend people to try their taste and experience the atmosphere.

I got the double spicy jalapeño smash burger with the smash fries. Burger had a lot of meat on it I give it 10/10. Fries were dressed nice and also crispy. I think I waited maybe 5-10 minutes but that’s because they made everything fresh.

Kudos to Brandy, the manager/host, and her staff. Brandy was extremely kind and accommodating, and her customer service was truly top tier. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the food was great. My order was a deluxe smash and smash fries & smash sauce. The Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher paired with the outstanding customer service made the experience a 10/10. I definitely plan on visiting her store again.

Be careful WHERE you eat. Terrible experience 1/31/26 after eating food that caused horrible food poisoning (vomiting and diarrhea) within two hours of consumption. There must be unsanitary preparations or contaminated food being served there. We ordered an original smashburger and black bean burger. Will never go back there! I hope anyone that works there who caused food poisoning to others will also experience food poisoning so they understand the seriousness of sanitary food prep. No excuses warrant that experience, disgusting. Public health needs to inspect this place #kitchen nightmares.

Heard about this place decided to try it out. Well, I would like to give it raving reviews but I’m sorry the burger missed the mark. I did like the sweet potato fries however. Back to this little burger that was the size of a white castle burger. I expected it to be larger but I’m kinda glad it wasn’t because I didn’t want to waste it. I couldn’t eat all of it, there was this after taste. I don’t think they put rosemary on the burger but that’s kinda what I tasted. I didn’t like it. The staff was great, so even though the food wasn’t great, the workers more than made up for it.

First of all the prices are outrageous. Second, the wait time is just as bad. I could let those slide IF this wasn’t the worst burger I’ve ever had. I swear it tasted like I was chewing on a soggy gym sock they found under the deep fryer, then soaked it in oil for about 12 hours. Seriously, why is this entire burger soaked, sopping, and covered in grease? It had a granulated texture to it. The whole experience was heinous. Just go right next door to Park Lane and get a burger instead of stopping here. It costs less and it’s actually edible. I feel sick.

Sad, Sad, SAD This is the second time I have been there in as many months and both times my food (burger) was not what I ordered and the haystack onion rings where a burnt greasy mess. I’m sure the grease has not been changed for quite a long time. I know because I used to work in fast food and there are certain things that you must do to keep your offerings at an acceptable level.
I also was told that the water fountain did not work and was sold a $3.00 small bottle of water. Only to see another customer get 4 cups of water.
Very disappointed and if I am asked I will enlighten anyone willing to listen. Did I mention that this was a $16.00 meal.

Great burgers, fries and onion rings! Fast and friendly staff and the food came out quick and good! The smash sauce is awesome. At least 3 napkins is necessary!
