I ordered a cake at a different location but the manager from this location, Miranda, is the one who made it. I wanted a giraffe cake and she FAR exceeded my expectations. It was so adorable and it tasted amazing. I couldn’t have imagined a better cake! Thank you Miranda!

I havent ordered a blizzard in a few months but damn what happened to the ice cream being able to turn upside down and stay in the cup. That’s what the blizzard was all about. Right??? Because my blizzard is completely watery and malted before we even pulled away from the place! I’m pissed i wasted my money. It looks like they use soft serve now! I came for a real blizzard not this watery mess!!! And I haven’t even made it home yet smh. Waste of money.

I eat here occasionally for lunch. I know, dairy queen for lunch? I’ve never had bad food here. The food is cooked to order, the veggies are always fresh. This location should be the standard for all Grill & Chills.

I placed an order at this location but it wasn’t the right location on Feb 13. I immediately called and asked to have the order canceled. Spoke with the manager Christina who advised that the order would be canceled and my money would be refunded within 10 days. It’s been well over 10 days and they still have not refunded my money so I am leaving a review to see if that will help I also contacted corporate and no response.

All I got was a coke and it tastes like chemicals so I dumped it out and there was white chunks in it and some black specs left at the bottom of the cup. Still can’t get the taste out of my mouth

This is the first time I’ve been to this location in several months because the service, wait, and portions are subpar. And they never had rootbeer or Vernors!? Caved today- really wanted a boston cooler. Got lucky and they had the ingredients. Food was hot, and our fry boxes were actually full! (I still dislike the price but willing to pay if the quality stays like this)

Not a word to me at the window except my total. I ordered strips and fries… with 2 blizzards and a sunde. The hot food came out first. Then the ice-cream. I noticed as I was pulling away they charged me for 2 small blizzards, but gave me a baby sized (for 6.20$) and one small size (which was correct). Whatever, I said screw it. But when I came home, my kids chicken was still clucking with feathers RAW! Will be going back for my $$

Edit… the Manager was very nice and refunded my full order. Mistakes happen, but that can be a deadly one.

This place is trash. The customer service was terrible staff had attitudes like they didn’t wanna be there and treated customers like they were annoying them. On top of that, the prices are way too high for what you get. They even charge extra just to add a topping, which is crazy. You already pay a lot and then they nickel-and-dime you for everything. Definitely not worth it. Would not recommend.

Your employees between five and 520 were very rude and disrespectful to a customer that was in front of me. The gentleman was proceeded to ask them if they were done with his order they proceeded to tell him no not yet the employees were walking around with 2 cups in their hands and there was empty and it was, they were walking around for a minute with the customers empty cups before they filled them. Your employee was acting very strange and very suspect with the 2 cups like he did something to him and I believe that you should watch the video and see what happened to that customer’s food to make sure no one got sick.

Great location and convenient for in and out quick treats. Love having this location in a gas station stop. Always a smile and friendly staff who are patient with my kids as they always act like they never been to a DQ when ordering time happens. Lol.
