Just abother Chipotle offering good burritos and bowls. A good variety for all tastes. The portions are a good amount and I’d recommend the chicken burrito with everything, including guacamole. It’ll be a huge burrito to enjoy and end up full. The staff was nice. This location is not so full, so no waiting time. There is enough parking btw.

I’m going to eat food, not eat 2 spoonfuls of a bowl. The portions are horrible and then $10. Would suggest going to another chipotle if you’re hungry cause you are barely going to eat here. The video has the full portion given to me from a pickup order.

From start to finish, not one person improved my experience.
It began with the first lady serving me, who seemed to be on autopilot and didn’t even allow me to speak. She gave me one scoop of rice and one serving of meat, and when I tried to ask for a little more, I was ignored—possibly because I wasn’t adding additional toppings. I felt overcharged for what I received.
The second lady handling the toppings didn’t speak, didn’t smile, and simply passed my order along. At the register, the two ladies were discussing what I was being charged without acknowledging me at all. There was no greeting, no thank you, no goodbye—just the total. I even had to stop them to ask for my receipt.
Overall, it was a horrible experience. This location has so much potential, but poor customer service and lack of proper training will only bring the business down.

Pretty descent. Been here a few times and I have no complaints. Chipotle is the perfect post work out meal, that is not crazy expensive. They do an amazing job keeping the line moving, so please keep up the great work everybody.

This Chipotle location is usually solid, convenient, clean, and most of the staff are friendly and professional. But there’s one recurring issue that’s hard to ignore.
I always order pickup through the app, and there’s one employee, a heavyset Hispanic male, who seems to ration chicken like it’s coming out of his paycheck. Every time he makes my burrito bowl, I get about three tiny pieces of chicken buried under a mountain of rice. It’s honestly absurd. When any other employee prepares my order, the portions are perfectly reasonable, so this isn’t a “policy” issue, it’s a him issue.
Chipotle isn’t cheap. When I’m paying nine dollars for a chicken bowl, I expect, at the very least, to receive chicken. Not a rice bowl with a side of disappointment. It feels like this employee knows pickup customers won’t see their food until they’re home, and uses that as a free pass to skimp on portions.
To that employee: if you hate your job, just quit. Don’t make the rest of us pay for it, literally.
To the owner or manager: please fix this. Until then, I’ll be getting my chicken bowls from the Chipotle in Flagler Park, where they actually serve chicken in the chicken bowls.

It’s unbelievable to pay so much for mostly rice!!! I am a small person and don’t need a huge plate to feel full but I’m not paying $$$ to just eat your rice! I am paying for DECENT portions of your protein and for that overpriced extra $2.65 guacamole!!
Today the guy making my order super stacked my bowl and burrito with rice but for the remaining items he would wipe/smack the spoon to get the lowest portion possible! Why would you not give me the portion of guacamole I am paying extra for anyways?!?!
It’s ridiculous your not on commission for each bowl/burrito etc. And we’re not getting free food we are PAYING customers that just want a decent meal with the right portions not your way of cutting back!
If you want to cut back on food portions, go ahead and make a sign to place at your main entrance so we all know before we decide to spend our money there!!!

Went to the middle of the state winter haven and Orlando and the portions are bigger. We had to share one plate.
Ordered the steak bowl the rice beans corn salsa and cheese. The other couple had to share as well. Came to muami and you have to order chips to try to be satisfied. Never again will.irder in muami. I having a son who lives there rather when I go there

My visit at 9:39 p.m. (they close at 11 p.m.) was awful:
• Missing Essential Ingredients: They were out of guacamole, pico de gallo, and cheese. It is unacceptable to run out of staples so early.
• Minimal Portions: The servings were ridiculously small for the price.
• Cleanliness: The store was dirty and neglected.
The service is poor, they are always out of stock, and the location is unsanitary.

Went to this location as it’s the closest but notice it never has anything. They had no chicken, steak looked burnt and dried out. No lettuce, no pico.
Mind you the staff was standing around talking to each other for a solid 2 minutes before acknowledging.

TODAY, NOVEMBER 05, 2025. I WAS DINING INSIDE THIS CHIPOTLE LOCATED AT SW 87th AV & 24th ST (Coral Way) MIAMI, around 5:15pm , I witnessed Abuse and Bullying from a Manager on a Female Customer that was ordering a SOFT TACO, when she approached the Cashier to pay, the Manager wanted to charge her Full Price, meaning $13 the Bowl price, he Claimed it was “HEAVY” meaning too much weight to be a SOFT TACO, HE WANTED TO CHARGE HER FOR A BOWL, she repeatedly said she’d ordered a Soft Taco $4 , and was not willing to pay the $13 for a BOWL she did not order, The Woman told the Manager, she didn’t have the money to pay the $13 . At that moment the Manager PREFERRED to throw the BOWL TO THE TRASH BIN, I saw him do it. I was in Shock & disbelief and was breathing Deeply , to avoid getting involved. The Female was in Disbelief herself, seen the Managers actions. She ended Up Crying and Leaving without any Food. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.. STORE OWNER OR GENERAL MANAGER NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS MANNNER. IT’S UNACCEPTABLE TO TREAT A CUSTOMER IN THIS MANNER , PERHAPS SOMEONE WAS CLEVER AND RECORDED THIS UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT….
